Thank you. I got 100% in my data analysis as a night-school graduate. It has been useful learning this element and has been transferable across many of my job roles. I've also been headhunted for a role on the basis of my data analysis and strategies. I plan to use all of my skillsets going forwards within my successful business. Amazing content as always, thank you for sharing ! Only one question: what's the best way to gather as many targeted (and detailed) use cases / case studies as possible (apart from workshops, often stakeholders are not data litered) ?

Hi Michael, I would start with your business strategy and then talk to both business stakeholders as well as your tech team to explore use cases. If you feel that that isn't enough, then many organizations bring in external advisors to provide an expert perspective.

Data Strategy focused on Data Use Cases is definitely highly beneficial, however overly focusing on usage of data overlooking Governance and Management of Data will make scalability and sustainability of Data Use Cases to be questionable. Actual data strategy should take into actual state of organization Data Maturity

V nice presentation please use some more diagrams and flow processes to visualize. One question how interdependent these steps are in a case by case basis can a data strategy be started at one the intermediate step rather starting it from beginning traditionally
