I think so, too. Dora is full of wisdom and she provides a lot of amazing lessons to learn from.
Consultants recommended that the CIO hire a “business architect” instead of their plan to hire an enterprise architect. l am trying to keep hold of my data governance program and this role sounds like enterprise data governance. Would you agree? Is there industry pull back by IT to reclaim data governance control? Is this something consultants typically suggest for less mature organizations? Would you place this role under the CDO? I am concerned about paralleled siloed development as the CDO. I have a great relationship with CIO, we are just trying to make sense of this recommendation and this job title is a new one!
