top tier tips! Just started managing the socials for a classical orchestra and I'm sure a lot of these insights from the pop and rock world apply there as well.

Off Topic, but it seems like you have recorded LOG 10Bit Footage, and did not apply a Lut to it. That's why it looks so grey and without contrast. I would recommend you to at least put a rec.709 Lut on it. Its pretty simple in Davinci Resolve, and also free

Hey, great eye! You’re correct about the settings. I did use one of Sony’s FX30 LUT’s…which means that my color correction game still needs some work :)

@@heysupertape it's actually fairly simple in Davinci resolve, just turn down the Black coulers and increase the contrast, and your picture should be good. Also, great content, keep it up 👌

What I don't understand is how established artists (seemingly) had to post absolutely NO short-form content to get big. Yeah, they post casual and professional content, but very rarely will a popular artist upload short-form videos promoting their stuff. Curious what you think. Am I missing something? Thanks for the great video.

Great question! This actually came up when I was chatting with Ana. I don't really have a definitive answer, but I have some thoughts. I do think that there are established artists that are embracing short form videos, or at least starting to. But, in general, I feel like this could have more to do with larger artists being less focused on growing followers and more on supporting their fans.

Fwiw, having the same copy in the headline and the thumbnail is redundant. Maybe you could answer the question in the thumbnail
