I'm a fan of cosplayers.. I don't actually do it. It's hard to get cons where I live and honestly the suits that look really good seem very pricy. lol But as a guy that likes to workout, love comics.. I gotta agree with you 100%. I workout because I always wanted to be like my favorite characters. It is interesting to me to see extremely out of shape cosplayers. That being said, dude, your before after pics are motivational. I'm nearly 50 and in good shape, but probably closer to your "before". I saw on your IG you posted something not too long ago saying you thought you were in good shape then, but compared to now.. wow. More fitness content please ;) Due to work (I teach at a univeristy) I have times of the year I can put more into workouts. During the semesters though, I can get to the gym twice a week and I do a bodyweight workout on weekends. So three "workouts" a week. I also do a standard 10k steps. I have a dog so two birds/one stone sort of thing there. Plus I like walking. During the breaks (I get August/Sept and Feb/March) where I have time I do a push/pull/legs/rest four day split and rinse and repeat. I prefer that, but gotta do what the schedule allows.

The costumes definitely can get pricey. But you can make a good one on a budget with some basics. I definitely recommend giving him a shot with a favorite character. Even if you can’t get to a con. It’s a bit of fun you can do it for charity as well. Thanks so much for the feedback, man! I’m glad that part of my journey can help you on yours. Even a couple times a week at the gym, that’s still great. Especially with what sounds like an incredible schedule. People do a lot a lot less who have a lot less on. So really well done on that!

I would love to get in to superhero shape just so I can do it and look good and feel better about myself and feel good as well and it beats sitting around the house twiddling my thumbs and only that but it is all so evil because all the girls and or women that turned you down in the past see you and how much you changed and now they want you and the ball is in your court and you get to turn them down that is a Kodak moment and that is all so beautiful to see them get mad lol😂🤣💯😀👍💪

@@Superfitcosplay Not Saying Christopher Reeve was bald he had full hair on his head but for some reason they had him wear a Hairpiece for the role.
