How Christian Missionaries Twist & Distort the Jewish Bible to Prove Jesus is Messiah - Rabbi Skobac

How Missionaries TWIST and DISTORT the Jewish Bible to Prove Jesus is the Jewish Messiah, with Rabbi Skobac, Education Director of Jews for Judaism
In this program, Rebbi Skobac demonstrates how Christian missionaries approach the Jewish Bible with a preconceived agenda and ultimately see what's not there and don't see what is there. This convoluted approach, called "Scripture Twisting", leads them to quote passages out-of- context so they can inject their beliefs about Jesus into the Jewish Bible. The result... a dramatic misreading and distortion of the Holy Scriptures.

JEWS FOR JUDAISM is an outreach organization whose primary goal is to win back to Judaism those Jews who have been influenced by the following six threats to Jewish survival that are devastating the global Jewish community.
1. Hebrew-Christian missionaries convert thousands of Jews worldwide every year
2. Destructive cults cause many Jews to abandon family, friends and careers
3. Eastern religions, Buddhism and Hinduism are spiritual choices for many Jews
4. Apathy and ignorance leave many Jews unaware, unaffiliated and assimilated
5. Intermarriage is exploding with a 75% rate in some North American cities
6. Anti-Israel BDS on campus inhibits Jewish students from standing up for Israel and Judaism
To assist non-Jews who have left other religions, JEWS FOR JUDAISM also provides educational programs to help them embrace the Torah’s Seven Noachide Laws for Gentiles.
We achieve our goals through our worldwide Internet outreach, Social Media, free educational programs, educational literature and counseling services that connect Jewish people to the spiritual depth, beauty and wisdom of Judaism.
“I am so grateful to have discovered the wonderful Jews for Judaism KZread lectures by Rabbi Skobac. I am a Jew who converted to Christianity in college, but now, thanks to your online outreach, I have returned to Judaism. Thank you.” - Rebecca G.
In a nutshell, Jews for Judaism saves Jewish lives and keeps Jews Jewish.
PLEASE SUPPORT JEWS FOR JUDAISM’S LIFE-SAVING WORK!
Your help is very much needed and greatly appreciated.

Very good. Every christian priest should learn the Torah as it should be read. You cannot understand the scripture that follows if you do not understand the beginning of the story.

I thank God for KZread. I spent my youth in the Church. Jesus was obviously the Messiah - it was clear cut. Listening to different Rabbi's dismantle it all, is eye opening.

This makes total sense to me and why I could never get myself to believe what I was being told by ministers I've listened to. I've studied some biblical Hebrew over the past couple of years and it has made a lot of Scripture ring true for me. Partly this channel, and some other sources. Thank you... Super helpful!

I'm surprised that nobody answered you! The reference is taken from Gen. 9:44ff and the details are in the Talmud, Sanhedrin 56a. See also Maimonides "Laws of Kings", 8:10-11, the Chabad website, and "The Divine Code", by Rabbi Moshe Weiner.

I was a Christian in my younger years. One day I took up a study, trying to figure out why Jews do not accept Jesus, and the study took me 2 years. I dove into Jewish law, and l was lucky to have a goto Rabbi, and I learned the words they used in Hebbrew, as well as customs. To make a long story short, I could no longer justify being a Christian. I wanted to convert to Orthodox Jew, but was told I was not allowed to convert, because you are either a Jew or you are not, as your mother makes you a Jew. I did not go Reformed, because in my eyes, they are Jew lite, and the Orthodox are the real Jews. I have been Hindu for 15 years now, and very happy with it.

It is incorrect that you cannot convert. It was most likely that the rabbi was trying to dissuade you, as they are bound to do.

There is no such thing as "Jew lite". A Jew is a Jew is a Jew. We are all bound by the Mitzvot regardless of how we interpret them or whether or not we observe them. And you Are able to convert Orthodox, whoever told you that you can't was just following the tradition of "turn converts away three times". You clearly still have much to learn.
