I am happy to report that I walked into my local Walmart and found Biotene gel on the shelf for the first time in over 2 months! Those looking for this product might want to stop at your local Walmart and check the Biotene shelf.

Yes that's the time i get it bad its ruff because i already have jacked up sleep patterns because of depression so i get up drink lotsnof water which i love water but then im up going to the restroom all through the night😥😭😗

Biotene gel has been impossible to get here in Wisconsin for over 2 months. I called the company 6 weeks ago. I was told that they had some equipment problems and the product would be back is stores in 2-3 weeks, which was not true. Another story I was told was that the company that developed the product refused to license Biotene the right to manufacture the gel. Also CVS pharmacy had a gel, this product has been discontinued. CVS found me 2 containers of there mouth gel on a discontinued shelf at one there stores. It didn’t work any work where as good as Biotene. It would be very helpful if you could get clarification on exactly is going on with Biotene. I continue to find their mouthwash and toothpaste available but the pump spray and gel haven’t around for 2 months. I was told that Biotene has a manufacturing plants in Utah and Canada. Does anyone have more information on Biotene and what’s going on?

Is it normal for the front roof of the mouth to be a whitish color? FYI I have dry mouth

Hi! Thank you for your question. It is true that tissues in the mouth can vary in color. The roof of your mouth can experience these different colors too. Although, a pink color is the most common, white tissues can be from burns, medications, or changes in tissue type. We recommend visiting your dentist for an exam in order to help you best!

I have dry mouth so bad that I’m miserable please help me ! I’ve tried numerous things and nothing has helped me yet ! 😢

Really sorry, I have had this for 10 months and I know how awful it is. I use biotin mouth gel and xylomelts, they help alittle.

I wrote the Biotene rant below. I also like Biotene gel while sleeping, the bad thing is it is doubtful you’ll find it. Let us know if you find it, good luck.

@@Rita-yw2tn Try Himalayan pink salt. It helped me! It cured me completely! Put salt under a tounge 20 second and drink glass of water.

The mouth will always be dry unless your tongue is moving like in speech and chewing where it helps to lubricate the tongue to move freely while being used to move the food, mix it with the saliva which lubricates the food, and to aid in the tongue involvement in speech. That is why it is most important to brush, floss, and mouth rinse before bedtime.

Xylimelts dry mouth stick on melts. I use these for bedtime. It helps but isn't an complete cure
