You speak the right words. This is what is missing and should be the normal, and not what we get spewed forth, which is toxic "education"?. The good thing is that anyone who is commenting to this lovely video will be on the best path:)

I love him, He's seems to be such a sweet and precious soul..especially the way he addresses the children here, almost with the attitude of your wise, kind old grandfather who always talked to you like an adult.

I love how he says its pleasant to breath if the air is 'good enough'. Because these days the air quality is dismal in cities, but if its good enough and I can still breath, I'm thankful.

Due to surgery I miss one lung, the right, the biggest of the 2. Right after surgery my body kept giving panic signals all the time, sleep was difficult (and that's an understatement.) However through hard work and breathing exercise (the beginning of meditation and singing) I regained a new "normal" and sleeping became natural again. Love this video!

I’ve woken up at 5am for the last three days with anxiety after years of being able to sleep almost on command. Maybe I’m just getting older at 28. Maybe I need to accept it. Everything said in this video really covers it all though 💖 I feel blessed to have come across this channel

hahaha I was twitchy last night because of the insomnia. And, impatient as it makes you, I paused the video because it "took too long to explain". I did exactly what he said (without having truly listened to the lesson), fell asleep, woke up, played the video and life taught me a lesson XD

Takes practice, but can be one. Recently i had to have a 30 minute MRI due to a back injury. It was not the large open scanner but the smaller confined one. I have practiced "going down to my levels" for many many years. I am quite good t it actually and when the technician told me the test was over, I could have sworn it only took 10 minutes. It does work ! As always, Thay is spot on.

Grace Lewis Thay refers to mantras as songs sometimes. You’ll find them in talks posted on KZread. For instance: I have arrived (in the in breath), and I am home (in the out breath). Or simple: arrived.... home. Just the two words. Another is: mountain.... solid. This is for when one feels doubtful. Another: flower..... fresh. Cheers!

Do not eat after midday therefore any access energy will be burnt during day. If you eat later in the day the body will try to exert that access energy mentally in the form of think as the body will physically be resting. Simple.
