I dont agree, people are first customer comes next , and your speech is customer centric and find it so conflicting , cultures is inside towards outside, culture sets an example how you want to do and what you want to do and eventually it gets the market place value

I agree ... watch "Why Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek .. but nevertheless .. this is still a good talk except for the point you mentioned .. employees come first .. how you treat employees is how your employees will treat the customers
