    Vry.inspiring vdo.lectute sir nd in my opinion as a professional too it is because of the technology the market has become 24*7nd function 365 days a year.Technology has been motivator as well as facilitator for the growth of financial service industry.It is due to technology that many virtual organizations exist in the financial industry.This has become possible with the use of wire transfer, the speed of transaction has increased manifold.A financial instrument is any contract that give rise to a financial asset of one entity nd a financial liability or equity instrument of another entity there by affects HR efficiency in a very effective way as a whole perspective angle in brief in my opinion.Finacial markets r one of the facilitating factor in the development of the economy of the country sir in HR in nut shell in my view. Vry.Innovative nd Informative vdo lecture.HR is a vry.vast field nd need of the time in present scenario and for future.T&D play's important role through different Training Methodology for OD or any sector.It is a continuous process.Good leadership is the backbone of any organization for increasing efficiency of OD nd OB in brief in my opinion.Sincerely appreciated the tips nd lecture.Thanx.

    I dont agree, people are first customer comes next , and your speech is customer centric and find it so conflicting , cultures is inside towards outside, culture sets an example how you want to do and what you want to do and eventually it gets the market place value

    I agree ... watch "Why Leaders Eat Last" by Simon Sinek .. but nevertheless .. this is still a good talk except for the point you mentioned .. employees come first .. how you treat employees is how your employees will treat the customers
