As always a great reaction. Her album is a masterpiece. This is filmed in London's beautiful Natural History Museum. I don't think that was her family as she was raised by a single Mother, her feelings regarding her father are on another track taken off the album called I Love You, I Hate You - stunning video of course to go with that as well. She's done a Tiny Desk in the States which is wonderful. She is, like most of our talent, largely ignored in the States however - I suppose with Cardi B, Nicki Minaj, Megan Thee Stallion the American media feel there is no need for an English female rapper/producer/poet talent in there. The Live At The Brits - she performs Introvert & her stunning track Woman. She won an award alongside Dave, 2 single parent Nigerian Mothers were very excited that night, lots of hugs going on, EVERYONE loves SImbi here - she's just such an amazing woman 😃

Little Simz is amazing, this whole album is excellent. Did you know she's an actress as well btw. She plays Shelley in Top Boy, and she can act too. Kano is another legendary rapper, he plays one of the main characters. And Dave is also in Top Boy.

@@BeersBars Definitely do that, it's excellent. If you do though start with Top Boy: Summerhouse. When Netflix bought the rights they made it 2 different shows. The one with Dave and Little Simz is just called Top Boy, and series 1 is really series 3. Dave and Little Simz don't disappoint either as actors. Especially Simz, she's a very talented women. Simz is fucking incredible! She deserved to win the Mercury 100% last year (big up to Ezra Collective this year too!) She is such a fresh take on rap music.

Her album Sometimes i Might Be Introvert is one of the best albums ever! The lady at the end is dropping poems throughout the whole project her name is Emma Corrin she is a british actress mostly know for her role on "The Crown"

This is a good track, and it gets recommended because it has gravitas, but it doesn't showcase her rapping ability as well. Venom, as others have suggested is really strong. Standing Ovation is really good too. Side note: I really want a collab between her and Dave. They're already good friends, and have such string abilities to be critical of society and paint a picture.

I just saw her recently too, been into her for years and have almost all her albums. She’s such a solid beast on stage, so glad I got to be in her presence ✨. My #1 artist for sure.

One thing I find interesting, is that no one notices that the characters in the video at one point are burning the white flag ie the flag of surrender. The message is that of not giving in.

You need to do some Loyle Carner. He's a British rapper but his music is a lot more influenced by old school US hip hop. His music is very emotive and his lyrics are poetry. He's done two performances for the COLORS KZread channel both are great. The most recent one is really moving. Well worth checking out for another a great UK artist who has a different style to the artists you've seen so far.

@@BeersBars that’s kinda a hard decision lol, cuz it depends on how u guys wanna be introduced to him, he sometimes raps on 2-3 different beats on a song but there has been a few times he did like 25+ beats on a song. With that being said I would reccomend, MySpace for like a mostly one beat song, for multiple beats definitely emperor of the universe or prince of the mitten
