I remember watching Alvin's video where Chuck said she "If a BBQ place has a good pit master, they either have to offer them ownership or they open their own place... I want to open my own place". I'm so happy to see she opened her own place! It looks amazing! I will definetly have to visit when I go to Texas. I hope it will make Chuck happy that I flew in from the UK just to try her BBQ... and see my friends ;)

You ladies still greeted us and gave us a complimentary dessert and green juice since you had sold out. (Both were great by the way!) We thought that was so kind and generous of y'all! Imagining them being used outside of their traditional use makes you imagine how wonderful it must taste. Brings a tear to the eye of anyone who grew up with this hot chocolate. This is because it brings back childhood memories of time spent with your parents or grandparents. Hope I explained it.

Ive been running a micro dagger lower on brownells upper with an RMRCC. 2880 rounds. Zero issues. 250-400 round training sessions. Running gen 3 shield mags. Trigger is better than stock Glocks. No experience with dagger uppers. Makes me want to buy another lower for my stock 43 slide for a spare.
