6:16 I remembered that corner. It was originally a car repair place. Good location because those who drove off from Chick Fil A up the street on Sunset mostly pass it. The tents around that car repair business just grew and ruined the business so they closed. I doubt the new condo or building will fare any better because one block away is a massive tent city.
