@lifesagamblee bounced out of the play in you mean, Kerr was trying to motivate ant because he saw something in him, he knew he would be great look at the names he mentioned with ant, kd and steph, 2 of the greatest ever, Kerr knew it but he knew they couldn't draft him cause the wolves had the first pick and would take him, so he did the kid a solid and told him he didn't work hard enough and he's gotta work harder, had him on team usa and benched him just to push him, ant came out dominated and started the next game, Kerr knew, and as you can see ant took it positively, and look at him now, no hatred towards Kerr cause he knows it was true, that's a mature and mentally tough kid there, so you shouldn't have hard feelings either, btw warriors had the number 2 pick after the wolves so like I said they couldn't pick ant, so no they didn't pick anyone over him, they picked after him, he was not available anymore so get those facts straight bud

It feels profound. Thanks to this video, I understand how seriously Ant took this moment, and to then see how a COACH so very aggressively challenged a PLAYER into the *most rapid* ascent into greatness I believe that I have ever witnessed in sports. I couldn't wrap my brain around this human I've been watching - Ant Man. And now I can. There is an incredibly, deep, profound life lesson here. It's one that we all know, deep down, but so often refuse to take accountability for: You think you're working hard? You aren't. You think you're already good enough at what you do for a living? You're not. You think you're good to the people you love? TRY HARDER. If that's your mentality - you will reap the rewards. I think back on ALL THE CRITICISMS I read on Ant, as a rookie, his work ethic, his mindset, who he was going to be. All the questions. God damn. One man's work ethic and integrity versus the world. I've always been a fan of teams. I think now I'm just a fan of a player.
