Why being ill for 24 years and having done tons of treatments, programs, specific yoga, tai chi , specific meditations and visualisations AND being a medic, do I NOT believe this method is going to help me having heard this? 🤔

Because it's a scam like other similar programs. He just conveniently doesn't interview people who haven't recovered doing his ANS rewire

Hi Dan! I don't know why I wasn't already subscribed to your channel 🤷‍♀️ I'm glad I am now 😀 and I'm glad to see that you have over 15,000 subscribers! This was a fantastic podcast and I thank you for making this content available to all. 💙 I love this woman's perspective and not accepting the answer that there's no cure and only pharmaceuticals to try and relieve the symptoms. I'm so sorry we weren't able to do a video interview and only audio, living in the country means poor internet connection most of the time.

Hi Dan and Claudia--nice podcast! Dan, I was thinking you might want to also let people know about your book CFS Unraveled, as something to look at first before making the commitment to the program--thats what helped me decide to go ahead with the program, because of the information in the book...it helped me make the total commitment. Thanks.

Sleep and relaxing are my worse enemy. I go to bed happy, relaxed and content. I fall asleep almost immediately but then “BANG” at around 4am I am awakened by intense migraine pain and extreme stiffness and pain from my chest up that I can hardly move. I can no longer lay down at this point and have to sit up. I do gentle stretching and relaxation techniques at this point but nothing works. I try to avoid medication but on occasions I have to resort to Sumatriptan which I dislike. I’ve tried to discover what is happening in my sleep that triggers my FM flares. Totally and utterly confused. 🤷🏼‍♀️🤷🏼‍♀️

Thank you, Dan, so much for doing all of this! While I consider myself relatively “healed”, I find myself hitting occasional roadblocks when I feel tired or have any symptoms that could be totally circumstantial. It’s easy to slip into thinking fatigue = relapse. Can you perhaps address this as well?? Thank you so much, you are truly a kind and soulful person! In gratitude.

Hi Dan I wonder if you might speak to each of the "common" symptoms to take the bewilderment out of them. Like POTS, IBS, FMS, and so forth. I have used your program and the demystifying of some of the most triggering symptoms seems to help our logical brain get in the driver seat instead of the alarm system part. And upon seeing that we can see a way out.

I had bn for ayurvedic treatment , After 2 weeks rest i will come to know. Over all. Ofcourse, i started feeling some difference. The profound fatigue is not there. I feel energy.. Pains will get to knoe later

Being kind to yourself is key. It's also important to realise that the nervous system is triggered by a range of triggers including physiological dysfunctions, so addressing these during recovery and helping the body normalise is very helpful, in many cases essential.

I would like to urge you to say ANS much more slowly and clearly because it does sound like you are just saying anus over and over. I am saying this to help not to be mean.

hehe - disturbing but true! 😉 Yes, that issue has been haunting me for many years - the constant talk about people's 'anus' is enough to trigger anyone's ANS. Will do my best to refer to the A N S going forward. Thanks for the reminder.
