I think it would be so fun for a mini-season of WAR where it features guests as contestants and the guys judging. Like maybe an episode featuring Kwesi, Jonny (not doing baking) or Miles, Jared, and Marissa, and another episode featuring Try Staff, especially Rainie.

For what it's worth, the talent that you have recruited as rotating 4th "Guys" have all turned out to be fantastic! Even the episodes where 2 people from that rotating team fill out the foursome are great. I am not really your target demographic because I'm closer in age to your parents, but I have really enjoyed seeing Kwesi, Johnny, Marissa, and Jared. And if an old broad like me finds them entertaining, then younger viewers probably like them even more. The three of you simply cannot be in every single video and still maintain manageable lives. You are in the busiest of your young adult years, starting your families, and taking other entertainment job opportunities when they present themselves. So don't feel bad about the changes. You found some great people to help carry the load, and the nameless entity who used to be in your videos (and complicated things immensely for your company recently) is not missed.
More of Phoning it In!! Love love loooved that series & hoping to see more of Eugene next year 💛💛 More of JohnnyCakes please lol
It's been nice to see "new" faces become "familiar faces" on the channel. Kwesi and Popkin on without a recipe are delightful chaos. I send my sister the link to probably every video that Jonny is in. The forest preschool video was one of my favourites of the entire year. I'd love to Jimmy Wong in more videos too ❤
I'm sad to hear Rank Court wasn't well received. I absolutely loved that show, it had the energy of "Try Guys Proper" but was new and fresh and having Eugene in it was delightful. 😭

I know that this year didn’t go as you had planned but… I genuinely enjoyed each episode you released this year. Watched every single one & really enjoyed special guests like Johnny, kwesi, Jared & Marissa. Truly!!
Ending The Trypod with “have a good-ass week” is so much more impactful than their previous ending line. It’s like, thank you, I WILL have a good-ass week!
A live plog suggestion: Rent a bus, fill the bus with fans (who bought exclusive tickets), drive around the city while recording a live pod and talking to the fans. And of course, drive the bus to a Starbucks drive-thru to pick up (pre-ordered cha-chas?) drinks for all the passengers!

Guys, not sure if anybody from the team reads these comments, but I have to say that both Marissa and Jonni where so good as hosts during the live, really funny and charming. I especially liked seeing Jonni in a more confident position. So far he usually takes on extreme challenges that seemed to be destined for disaster and I get that thats kinda the try guys brand. But I really wish he at least sometimes did some things he could really shine in, its such a pleasure to watch.

I know these videos don’t have the audiences, but I’d love more puppeteering rank court videos! They’re some of my favorites and I’m glad to hear Keith really enjoys doing those
How to do the live plog without renting a theatre idea: You make it a ticketed event but the meet up place is a park or something. The way you make sure people are only there who paid is by having people sign in and get a wristband and one of those tour guide headsets so they can hear everything while following you guys so you can go for a hike or wander a park and everyone can always hear you guys. Just an idea.

20:29 Zach: "it felt like we've been in a catch up mode all year" ("catch up" sounds like "ketchup") Keith: "we want to be in mustard mode" Hahaha nice Keith 😂
Man this podcast clarifies the changes so well and I am ELATED about the direction- nothing but me cheering in my car while listening to this
As a flight attendant, I would love to work the flight Keith tries all the food 😁😁
Ride or die-er here ❤ I’m glad the guys feel more secure as a company after what sounds like a very stressful year. The theme park video this week was so fun and felt so quintessential try guys vlog style. I could and have keep re-watching it, it was such a treat.
You guys should absolutely do eat the menu airplanes edition, but I feel like everyone would love it if yall just did videos where you review first class flights period. I loveeeee those videos, and I think what’s missing from that kind of video is the comedy, and yall could make it really funny
the phoning it in episode w johnny & jimmy (eclairs & black fortress cake) is quite literally my go-to happy video when i feel at my worst. you truly did make incredible things this year. i love the diversity of what you’re doing & heading into. i’m so proud to watch your company grow beyond your 3 names. your narrative of surviving day to day resonates with how i’ve been feeling as an individual for a long time - and i’m sure is true for so many others in these really difficult times of pandemic, layoffs, severe inflation, etc. thank you for being real with us & holding us as your guiding light ❤
For some reason I cried when they talked about Eugene stepping up more when he had originally planned to step back. He really wanted to be there for his friends and the fans ❤
I’d love to see some of their great judges like Johnny Cakes and Rosanna Pansino prefect some recipes from ‘Without a Recipe’. Like, take some of the Try Guys really brilliant ideas and make them gourmet…
I really enjoy the episodes where you guys talk behind the scenes stuff. It's a wonderful peak behind the curtain and it makes me appreciate the other stuff even more. Your team does a phenomenal job and despite the hurdles of last year, you guys have done some amazing things. 2024 is gonna be great for your team!
Talking about ETM on a flight, y'all could also test the idea on Amtrak! Probably more feasible since you can also get a whole private room, and they have pretty sizeable menus depending on the train. The Pacific Surfliner is a beautiful trip!
I personally loved the Johnny cakes videos you guys made while you were scrambling. him and rosanna are always a treat
I'm so excited to have been a fan since 10 years ago and I love that y'all are still killing it ❤
I'm still hoping that the mystery event would be The Try Guys will be in Korea next year! Eugene and YB as the tour guides

I didnt realize how many obstacles you guys went through! I mean we knew because of Zachs stay in the hospital and Becky's birth story, but I didnt realize how much it affected the team. Honestly, thank you for still going strong despite everything!
"Disturb the wealthy" is the merch we need
I LOVE knowing all that went on and when. It gives me even bigger appreciation for what you do.
I loved Hidden Talent Show this year - the “are you bear people” moment is probably my favorite try moment this year
Ok but why not combine all of the ideas: plog on a plane, you buy tickets for THE ENTIRE PLANE, audience members can buy a ticket from yall to join the flight, Keith does eat the menu and rotates through everyone. This way you aren't bothering random people and it would be talking the audience on a journey with you.
The Denver Saga tryplog that was suggested at the end ABSOLUTELY MUST HAPPEN (if the Toll household is up for it of course)! I am feeling super excited and hopeful about this era thanks to how the Try team are treating the audience with such a high degree of transparency, honesty, and thoughtfulness. I think what Zach said especially about the 'try' series feels so observant and on-point, but I know you guys will continue to adapt and grow as the waves of all that's happened over the last year settles. I've been a fan since day one and I plan on being here for as long as I can 💚💙💜
New viewer/listener here (like literally started watching 5 days ago), I obviously had heard about you guys but I didn’t really know much until I saw Zach on a Dr. Mike video. I just have to say I love your content from the last year or so (that’s mostly what I’ve watched so far). I think you guys have done an amazing job this last year and I can’t wait to watch more!

Being honest, I really love the combo of Keith, Zach, Kwesi, and Johnny! Since Eugene can’t film videos as much, more with those four would be great to see.
As a medical MJ user I can’t wait for more High Shows with Zach, they make me laugh but also into me into new strains.
Love all of the new content you are creating and the people you have on. It would be great to see some of your staff participate
It's so great that they keep giving as this info about the behind the scenes. It's transparent, honest and trustbuilding. Them offering all those insights even makes us viewers reevaluate our judgements of previous things. It creates a special bond between creators-audience, in a way that makes us care more about them, and them have a less tight rope to walk on when things don't go as well as desired. It's a bold but paying off move. Thanks, guys!
I love the airplane eat the menu idea! Also I love both companion content and your more produced series. Watch them for different moods/times of day
Jared is always fabulous The period pain episode was wonderfully done - especially as others did similar and crashed and burned in comparison. Eugene looking after the guys as babies was also pure comedy gold.

I want more fashion videos e.g try on different fashion culture wear and also without training episodes. LOVE the work you guys do so much!
I love your honesty about what's been going on it's a nice change. Really love all the new "characters" on the channel, especially Jonny and not just in the food-based videos. Would love to see Zach do more stuff like that creepy clown motel video I feel like he's in his element in that format. Would like Keith to visit food markets I'm not sure how big those are in LA as I'm in Europe so those are really big on the weekend. If you (touch wood) run out of videos because a chaotic thing happens, a day in the life of different regulars we see might be nice as I read the comments and Reddit and people are curious as to what people actually do. Looking forward to candid competition returning with Miles. Here's to 2024!

We thank you guys for still being here with us. I never missed un upload straight for 3 years now. Thanks for all the effort of the try team! ❤
Can I just say, I didn't see it as a "oh crap we need something NOW" video, and the dance video was one of my favorites this year. I would love to see that video developed into a fuller fledged idea in the coming year. You could even throw back to that video with a "this is where our skills were 6 months to a year ago. Let's take class again now and see if it's any easier or more comfortable for us." Then you could add that part 2/3 of practicing for a week or attending more classes for a month and then having some big performance at the end.
This episode is one of the best podcast episodes you guys have done. I think all three of you did an excellent job. I really enjoyed getting to understand the production aspects of what you guys do.

Whatever videos u guys release, i will definitely watch. So ya just do what u love if thats what u want or do what makes money if thats what u need
Seeing the version of Zack that cares about the business so much is the best version of Zack. It's quite nice.
I will say, the hang out videos are truly my favorite. When I was pregnant in 2021 I was alone and you guys really helped me feel less alone. I’ve watched you since buzzfeed and you’re the only thing my son will watch besides Elmo and Ms Rachel. Keep on keeping on. We love you!
God I hope Keith actually does Eat The Menu on airplanes first class and invites randoms to eat with him 😂😂😂 This would cost a lot of money but would be so worth it 😁
One of the special events is for sure the premiere of that short film Zach made
I relate a lot to what Zach said about feeling like the art we create only counts if it's some significant magnum award-winning opus. I used to think I'd "make it" as a narrative designer once I landed a job at a studio creating big story-driven open-world titles. I ended up taking a different route. I write for phone games now, and I absolutely love it. I may not be making a serious story, but I'm giving someone a moment of brevity during their day and hopefully a chuckle or two from my puns. The first time I saw someone post about my game highlighting a fun reference I made was amazing--too know my goofy bit of humor made someone happy enough to post about it is just...wow. I appreciate all of the effort the guys here do to give us a moment of joy. These videos and the plog are my go to media at the end of the day because I know they'll make me smile. What they've created is incredibly valuable and I'm glad they recognize that :)
