In this video, I'll explain how and when to update or reissue your OCI card, and where you can do it. If you are an existing OCI cardholder, here's how you can avail this under Miscellaneous Services, to update or upload the latest information about your passport, change of address, occupation, or contact details.

Key Points Covered:
Issuance of New Passport Details: Required each time a new passport is issued up to 20 years of age. Now no more Issuance happens after completing 50 years of age which was required before.
Also if there is any change of Personal Particulars like Name, father's name, nationality, etc. or In case of Loss/Damage of OCI Card or Renunciation of OCI Card.
These services can be availed as per the MHA notification dated April 16, 2021.

For updating the information such as Change of Address/Occupation/Contact Details these services are free and directly done on the same website by uploading your latest photograph and requisite documents. Once these are updated you will receive an acknowledgment on your registered email address.
