    Please be careful getting the chargers wet I did that with one and it shorted out the Milwaukee charger I'm referring to

    Vry wonderful professional on site both front brake installed on tough rainy snowy day it cleared but commuting to operation site was demanding job welldone by roadside rescue

    I was doing my neighbors 2007 Honda odyssey brake job at the front in California the car was from out of state with over 220k miles the screws were welded 3 out of 4 so I drilled the the disk rotors screws when you take them off make sure you throw them away it doesn't need it lol😅😂

    Yes, you’re correct. Those screws are to hold the rotor on while the vehicle is being assembled at the factory. They’re not needed after they leave the factory.

    Need to get you a 2.5 ton aluimuim jack from harbor frieght it's a good jack and it will save your back totally worth it.

    So I really admire your attention to detail greasing the slides brake pads cleaning the rotors etc. but did you set her up for an appointment for a inner fender liner? That’s not a poke at you not criticizing you just you know stating more future work

    semi-metallic pads will eat rotors. I only use ceramic pads for customers, less likely to destroy the rotors.

    bought em at ace or something. Just a generic pair of deer leather i think. They are Kinco brand. but next pair im definitly buying a 40$ pair instead of these (25$) fyi. Since leather seems to be what I like.

    how long do brakes last? when do they wear out? how many miles can a person go before changing them? does it matter on how a person drives before that first change etc?

    depends how one drives, quality of the original brake pads..... i have 6 years and 60k miles on the pads i'm using.... getting ready to change them this spring....

    A mobile mechanic's job is to fix cars for money. That's it. Whether the customers are grateful or not is not our problem.

    Because they are literally useless on studded hubs. He just saved the next mechanic a ton of hassle. Most Hondas have them probably for assembly purposes in the factory. I did myself a favor and threw them away on my crv when I changed the rotors last.

    Not necessary. They're only there to hold the rotor on while it rolls down the assembly line.

    I think the torquing lug nuts thing started because of quick lube type places leaving lug nuts loose and wheels falling off while driving, resulting in lawsuits. Torquing lug nuts was probably the result of lawyers getting involved. I’m 69 and I’ve never torqued lug nuts, and I’ve never heard of anyone else doing it either. Now I guess you have to torque everything, even though I don’t think it’s necessary.

    Titles have been really exaggerated/misleading recently. Makes me not want to watch. Waiting for something to happen that matches the title and nothing like it happens makes me want to unsub and not watch another one. Just honest thought and opinion.

    No one resurfaces rotors anymore not common at all unless its like a heavy duty truck ect besides those looked way to shot to even cut.
