The talk Joe Deloss give about HR. Inspired me when I was incarcerated. And I am so very proud that he was the real deal. I got out January 15th. After 26years and could not get a job anywhere. But, I am now working at Hot Chicken Take Over in the North Market. And, the things he said are so very true. They real take care of their employees and that make me and I believe all of us that work there. Happy on our life and our job. Thanks to Mr. Joe Deloss. I now feel I have truly been blessed.

Joe you killed it man this really makes me proud to know you, and I like that you shared that you didn't grow up in poverty but it affects you. I see the work and the people you work with I know that you are giving them a hand up and not a hand out. HCT brings so many cultures together and I hope it can continue that. A place where rich, poor, black, white can sit together and genuinely embrace each other fully. Basically to some it up, STRAIGHT DOPENESS!!! Keep it up.

Ever since I learned the back story of HCT, I have been passionately following your growth story. I share your passion, and I get so amped watching the moves you and HCT are making. I love our community, I love Columbus, and I couldn't be more proud that you are, by leaps and bounds, sharing your passion with communities outside of our city. Its my ultimate goal to do the same. Listening to you speak I threw my hands up a few times, 'Amen', 'Yes!', you have my wheels turning on how I can do my part in finding this solution. Someday I hope our paths cross because I really love this and it would be an honor to work alongside you and your wife! Best wishes, I cant wait to see what happens next! Cheers.
