How a Duracell Worker Invented Supreme with His Last $100
Supreme is hailed as the coolest streetwear brand in the world.
Many know of its sold-out collaborations with prominent brands, including Louis Vuitton. And that its resale value can be as high as 1200% above the original price.
But few know the real story behind why the brand skyrocketed and how it all started at a Duracell factory.

That’s crazy people really pay 1200 for a 5 dollar t-shirt with a red box

It's mostly "rich" poor people trying to show off their "wealth". You also have some celebrities who get paid to wear it at events + actually rich idiots who are obsessed with it.

@@Narovski I was in a clubhouse chat listening to a guy who co owns auto tune. Just process that, if you create something and have the rights for it you can potentially monetise something to never have to work again. So everytime someone uses auto tune, and don’t worry there’s a lot, he gets a cut, cause it’s his right of ownership of the auto tune, they’re using his thing. Very interesting to know if you can be caught out, there are COUNTLESS of artists selling their soul for a pittance of what it’s worth, such is the media and industry though as i did previously allude to!
“focus on quality not quantity” and “don’t be greedy” values that actually added value to a business. It can be done. Also I think it’s much better that the physical commodities are traded with markup rather than people buying and selling corporate stocks. Like when a stocks value goes up it’s not like the store gets more money or the products are worth more

Rich people play the money game to win. poor people play the money game not to lose. the goal truly is, the rich people always want massive wealth, the poor sees a surplus as an opportunity for consumption instead of investing it...we have to change our mindset and do what the rich does, with the little we earn, which is investing it. the world is changing..
