I just tortured myself by watching at 9am and can't do a thing to remedy the induced hunger for hours. BBQ scene in Houston def improved since I moved here 17 years ago. God bless the Gatlins for getting things kicked off.
I can't believe you didn't even mention Corkscrew BBQ up in Old Town Spring. Texas Monthly loves them!!

You gotta try BBQ at FireCraft BBQ in Kingwood. Their Q' and sides are super excellent.
