We have family that visit from out of state every few years. We always eat at Monument Inn. It is a tradition. I personally do not care for seafood, but they do have other things as well. Obviously, the cinnamon rolls are amazing. However, I would caution people to pay attention to the menu. They do not fully honor their menu and pricing. There are a few items that are misrepresented, and they refuse to fix the menu or honor their prices. They will make a big deal about it and try and overcharge you. Always pay attention to your bill. They try and charge you for side items that are included in certain dishes. I am a firm believer in honoring your menu. Otherwise, it is essentially false advertising.

Enjoyed the share . I remember going there as the Lynchburg ferry restaurant on both sides of the road as a kid . Good food !!!

BB charged "service charge" without your knowlege.

Eat like a local and stay in your home state to do it.

Future heart disease is looming from eating all this grub.
