Congratulations🎉 I'm So Happy, and Excited for the New Adventure for you, your partner, and all of the Precious fur babies❤ Me, and my husband 3 years ago got our first German Shepherd. He is named after the Pittsburgh Steelers💛🖤 We calling him Steel, but when he's in trouble it's Steeler. His title (which looks just like a car title in the US) says his government name, is Steeler Steel Layne😂 When will we be able to see pictures, or walkthrough video of the new house? I am going through despair leaving my house right now and after watching your video I feel a little bit less horrible because we did not get a chance to renovate the inside very much-it is mostly the outside that I will miss. So I have realized that I can make my next house how I want it (like your style) and hopefully love it more than my current one. Thank you.

The fridge sitting where it is does drive me nuts and the colors of the handles You did everything amazing. The fridge is the only thing that bugs me lol. But I have designed a decore O C. D, 😂❤otherwise it's perfect and beautiful, especially the flooring. ❤🎉 and wood Island . Door colour i love

Yeah, the fridge should be on the other end of the cabinet 100% big regret for us - and I wish I could afford cafe appliances to have gold handles but alas who has that kind of MONEY lol.

Without getting too specific for both your and new owner privacy…did you make a BIG return on investment with the sale with so much Reno spent? Ontario homes have become a broken system unfortunately

We are leaving with a nice chunk of $ on this house - but I did think we would have made more 100%. Unfortunately this house was a huge renovation with so many unforeseen fixes that arose. There is still so much to be done to this house (like it needs to be re-sided, and have the basement finished) that I'm happy someone else is taking it on. Hopefully they have will have the money to do so! If we put anymore money into this thing I don't think we would have made much on this house. The market isn't great right now, it's slow. Lots selling under asking.
