Lol, living so far away makes it so hard to drag out the house hunt. Truthfully we already narrowed our house to the one we loved and these houses were more so for you guys 😅😅😅😅 you really do have to be pretty sure before you get on a plane ✈️

The first home you looked at is in my hometown and it is STUNNING! 😍 I love getting to be a fly on the wall for this journey!

Hey Tasha! Would you ever make a video explaining the financial side of house buying? Not like your specific budget etc, but how do you know what kind of house you can afford? Or best places to get a loan? I'm so confused about where to start the entire process! OR even if you just share any resources that helped you learn? Love your videos xx

The problem is there are a lot of steps. You need to get pre-approved for a mortgage first, which means figuring out your monthly expenses, what monthly payment you’re comfortable with, providing tote financials to your loan officer, etc. and of course saving money.
