Love how you have decorated, but as typical with many new builds nowadays the rooms and garden are much smaller than properties build 20+ years ago, and sadly come with lots of issues (like the crack you mentioned). If I were to buy your home me and my husband would need to utilise all 3 rooms to be able to have enough space to go about our lives with computers and our stuff, and would have no room to grow or have a family. Its such as shame, as new builds are for many people the only option because of the help to buy assistance. I wish homes were built to the same standards and sizes they used to be! Regardless I genuinly think your home is one of the nicest new builds I have seen, you really have made it your own.
