An update almost 2 years later: A lot of people get in touch to ask if I recommend Bellway after my personal experience as a customer. No, I personally do not recommend Bellway Homes, and I will be making a video detailing my experience as their customer and the quality of my home.

Key to mould is ventilation so if u should open windows when showering, and or look into replacing the extractor fan for a stronger one.

Alongside proper ventilation, Ronseal mold paint is brilliant at fixing issues with mold. Good luck.

Definitely take all meter readings, take a pic of them with your phone camera as this has the date on and make sure you get the meter number in the pic too. Use Mail Redirection with Royal Mail. Not cheap but definitely worth it. Keep up the fab vids 😁

With the meter readings I would highly recommend taking photo’s as well. The previous owners give an incorrect electricity reading and having a photo meant they fixed it straight away

I have one question, All I’m waiting on is the htb authority to exchange which I was told only takes 3 working days but it has been 8 working days. For you how long did this take? After this stage I will be getting completion date hopefully.
