The front porch and the large front windows are lovely. I like the laundry area. The only thing I don't like is that the front door opens straight into the living room, next to the furniture. You should put in a foyer between the front door and the living room.

This one, this one I like. The only thing I might do is take out some cabinets in the laundry room, since I'd like a washer/dryer combo. And, I need a three car garage connected to the house for weather purposes.

Love the landscaping! I wouldn’t use red Mediterranean tiles but flat grey tiles. Also dining table is too big a small round one would go better!

Its so beautiful. One of your best. I love the facade. The wood touch give the house a warm feeling., i love your consistency with the laundry area., each corner of this house make sense. Thank you for not putting additional sink in the corner. The interior is good. Its a well planned house design 👌 👏🏾

No garage baking in the southern CA sun? Won*t work in MN.

First thing I would fix is entrance. Door opening and you walk in on that sofa. Very bed idea. If you like to do these 3D models of houses why you do not think about hallway ?? Rooms look so small. All feels very tightly. Even Hobbit had bigger house.

Bathroom shown was much too small. Really dislike the kitchen. And why place a patio in the front yard ??

Too chopped up by unnecessary interior walls.

I have been watching houses design for the past few days including your channel. Everything looks pretty but not very practical and a bit far from reality. Why in almost all houses a hallway, (mud area) is not present? When people enter the house where do they undress and leave shoes, wet clothes, umbrellas, etc.? Then, storage space is almost zero in the house. People tend to have stuff, sports things, crafts, books, clothes and shoes. Where to keep all that? I understand the house looks more interesting and cost less with those two back corners cut at the back of the house, but if the house would be built in its classical full square shape, it would get extra space inside for one standard room, or a closet and a craft or storage room. Generally looks good, but doubt its functuanality and convenience. Thanks!

How mach this house sale can we know prices

Too much time is spent showing the outside of the house and not enough time on the inside. The drapes are moving in every room, but the windows aren't open. 🤔🤣🤣

I wish you would just show the floor plan first instead of wasting time on the outside. Show that last. Didn’t stay for the whole video.

It's wonderful... But, it's a request not to make laundry next to kitchen... as there may be clothes during period... Which some people may not like or babies dirty clothes of vomit or 💩... I don't want to offend anyone... But it seems inappropriate.... A d I get to see it in more designs... Also make a special place for yooga, reading meditation or in simple words Pooja room...

It's the best place to put it if you're doing laundry every day or several times a week. Since most time is spent in the kitchen, you're not running around the house constantly. Babies grow up after a few years but family laundry is forever.

Nobody can see the laundry area unless they're in the kitchen. Also, it's not like there will be dirty clothes laying everywhere...you can put them in a basket.
