"Ya didn't know you were coming with Mike Rowe today, did'ya...." Chris, THAT was a "Kodak moment," especially when you followed it with... "Are you ready for lunch?" All you needed to find, after lifting the top of that septic tank - was a body inside! Was that your boy operating the Volvo for the first time? Like I always told my flight students when they couldn't fly the plane with the relaxed skill I demonstrated; you can't have 100 hours in your logbook until you've entered ten hours, ten times. GREAT video, Mon Ami....

They appear to be building a new house on the lot, hence the need to remove everything. Last thing you want is crap buried under a house that's just been demolished because of a dodgy foundation!
@cathiwim
2 жыл бұрын
Some ijit actually did this in a subdivision nearby, and built a house ON the DUMP SITE! After two homeowners bought and sold the property within 2 years, because of basement floor leaks and cracked foundation, the property was condemned. But someone came along, bought it, and before he was there very long, i knocked on the door and asked if he knew about the foundation issues. He had not. So i filled him in, and he was able to get his money back. Then someone else came along, and i told them about it, and he spent a LOT of money, got the foundations fixed as well as he could, and is still living there 5 years later. The original developer had dug a hole(and it was a low spot for that 30 acres) and put all the tree stumps in it from building the rest of the lots. We watched him do it. This was the last lot,and he put a house on it!

good demo video
"Shitter was full" Thanks for the video.
Great job. Take care & cheers from 🐨🦘🥰
Chris makes the whole operation seem so simple and smooth with precise actions every move. Its only when you see the "young lion" at the "helm" that you realise just how skilled Chris is!! Well of course we all know that !!!!!!! lol !!!!!!!!!
Nice job!!
The master and the apprentice!😃😃😃
I would pay to use your Volvo just to take down a house. It looks like so much fun. Thanks for taking us along with this one Chris.
The young man did well. Good on you, Chris, to mentor the next-generation! 👍 The comparison reveals the TIMING and FINESSE needed for the SMOOTH operation of an excavator. 🤯 Watching YOU makes it look EASY for us armchair operators....it AIN'T! 😉
Aaron must be either a new trainee or a relative don’t know to many operators that would let just anyone use there equipment but he did a good job

Aaron Witt, Buildwitt on KZread.
I would love to do that after operating the old machinery
I saw a 200 on a truck today so now I have an idea of how big these things are. there is such a difference in all the sizes from the 28 inch wide ones that fit through doors to that 8 1/2 yard bucked one he ran in that video at the Volvo place.
I love ur work you are the best , from calif
That cellar hole seemed like a great place to dump brush, as well as all the bricks from the chimney.

They appear to be building a new house on the lot, hence the need to remove everything. Last thing you want is crap buried under a house that's just been demolished because of a dodgy foundation!

Nice looks great 👍🏻🇺🇸
With you as a teacher, the kids gonna be just fine!
The guest operator really shows how talented you are with the excavator. It put it into... wait for it... Perspective.
Young Pup Trying Top Dog's Boots On for size🤔 Think he's Not There Yet🤔 But with a little help from Chris, He'll Do Fine 😎👍
“Hello boys, they call me the Pond Master, but today you can call me the “Honey Dipper” . “ Now careful, that’s VOLVO power you got ahold of.”
The Tech School Close to where I live has an Operator class with job placement that is second to none, LINN STATE TECH
Lol!! I like the flex scoop of dirt just before removing the septic. 😆
I enjoy the demo jobs keep up the great work Chris.
It is really satisfying to watch someone handle machines with such precision and efficiency and that is why I keep watching your vids and shut off others. "Just another excavator video" doesn't fit the bill at all. Great stuff Chris!!!
The video to show day 2 from house demolition. Concrete must to to break up and too the pipe. You to let a young man with the Volvo something worken, you but near with the Dozer. The Boy however is to fascinate to see how you work. The concrete at to cut is heavy must to be for transportation. The place is clean you have make a very careful job. 👍
That young man did a great job
Another stellar job. Congratulations Ol' Blue Eyes 💋
Who doesn't want to push over a tree? Who doesn't want to push over a house? I realize there's a lot more to the job, but man, it looks like fun.
Now that I saw that septic tank, I have a new theory for the true purpose of Egyptian sarcophagi...
Letting vehicles pass before extending the bucket to the road keeps from freaking out drivers, nice to see a courteous human being while doing their job. Thank you for setting the example.
Hmm let’s see how much power the thumb has mid air on concrete?
Chris, you know you’ve officially made it when @buildwitt comes around for a guest appearance.
You dug that pipe out of the ground like you've done it before. Lol. That new track loader would've come in handy loading that concrete into that truck.
Yeah Chris is a damn good operator
You should feel very priviledged, young man, Chris don't let just anyone play with his favorite toy.
Your hand eye coordination makes the bucket an exact copy of your own hand and wrist. Ever thought about being a fighter pilot!
Hey Chris !! Aaron did learn well with running your machines !! What school did they come from ?? Anyhows,, another hits the dust with this project !! Have a good week & thanks again !!🤠😎😏👍👍
Good job 👍 I liked your comment on Mike Rowe, dirty jobs😏😉
Give him the egg challenge in a couple of days?
turtle rabbit boy ain't gonna get the knickname "smooth" anytime soon. Chris is elite
Like the video and like the young man that try to earn how it work Thanks Chris .
Don’t demo the fence. You can get good money if taken down properly in these times. Who are the new guys and camera crew?

That was buildwitt which is a media company focusing on the construction industry or as he calls it the dirt world. Aaron owns the company and If you have IG you can check more of it out there.
Well that's one way for a young man to learn how to run things hands on hope he's gotten better since then great job though fellas love your videos
People don't realize the talent you and DP have till you put a rookie in the seat.
Absolutely a great job that was a lot to do too bad we couldn't see the very end when you broke up that cement
