We recorded the song at the studio after we shot the music video to the original track so we wouldn't have to worry about not getting done in time. an yes, that was FUN ;)

Unbelievable, really unbelievable. Two girls, 13 years of age, are able to sing, play and perform such a difficult song. And they do that unbelievably convincing and good. No, not good, simply brilliant! My honiest respect ladies ... I have to tell it quickly to all my friends!

This video was filmed near Palmdale, north of Los Angeles on 20 July 2008. At this time the girls was aged 14 years, one month and 4 days. Unbelievable, really unbelievable!! For me it's the best cover of this song, simply brilliant.

Its difficult to do a good cover of a classic, because very little needs to be added. This is as good a cover as I've ever heard of this song. Very very good.

I've been observing the girls' path to success for many years and I swear, I will continue to do so for the rest of my life.

What a sensational cover! But why am I surprised? These ladies never fail to produce an excellent song. Utterly brilliant.

They were only 14 when they recorded this,amazing,these girls really are quite talented,the future's very bright for these two and I'm so glad I found them.

August 23, 2021: 1,000,000 views. Best cover of this song out there (IMO), but I'd love to see MLT redo it.

Love it when Lisa cuts loose on the solo at the end. And there's lots of really good guitar embellishments throughout the song. These girls are class, just as they were when they recorded this at such a young age.

Young people can be extremely talented mimics, as they don't have 20-30 years of "life" to have struggled with, just a performance. Child prodigies going back to Shirley Temple up to kids on TV talent shows today. If they stick with it they become legends and break out of that box, like Fred Astaire, the Beatles, Tiger Woods. Then there are talented musicians who can reproduce catalogues of a successful band's body of work (tribute bands), but being the original and creating new work is the hard part. That too falls under the umbrella of "better".

A guitar-playing friend of mine once said that in order for a cover to be worthwhile the new artist had to make it their own - they had to impart their own unique take on it. Not different from the original for the sake of being different, but a unique interpretation that added to it or expanded the original. The Mona-Lisa Twins are blessed in this regard: they have been able to take classic song and add their own unique touch to it, making it their own. If only they had been born in the 50's...
