Once again, stuff from TDK and TDKR get actual upgrades to head sculpts and suits, but their Batman Begins figure from 2011 just got a simple re-release with no upgrades when that is the figure that needed it most. That movie just doesn't get the love and respect it deserves. It's the best of the three imo. I thought it got the balance just right with Nolan's more grounded take on things, but also had just a little bit of extra flair to make it still feel like a comic book movie, where the two sequels felt like crime/war dramas featuring Batman.

Got mine for 420 usd, and i have the 1st one. This is definitely a 2.0 and a yay, but i also have replica joker clothes, signed tom hardy bane photo, and every other hot toy figure from them. So, for me, it's a simple yes

I've got the original from back in the day and that was much better value for money, getting everything this set comes with plus Alfred as well. Never had an issue with the Bale sculpt either; I feel like Hot Toys have overworked this one a bit in an effort to fix what was never broken in order to call it 'new'. There are advancements in the Bat suit itself from the original, especially in how the cape drapes, but they're marginal.

Honestly I’m happy with my DX19, I’m more excited about Catwoman, bane, and joker

It does look like a rises face. Cool armoury but nay for me with the price. I'm tempted to get the black suit Superman and nightmare Batman set from hot toys.
