I'm sitting at my kitchen table, contented with a full belly after enjoying this dish. One of the best recipes I have cooked...absolutely delicious. And the look on my kids face when I told them it wasn't bacon, but 'fish skin' was an epic Father moment! I encourage anyone and everyone to make this dish...it is sensational!!

Jamie is a treat that keeps on giving. I will always love his enthusiasm for food, people and a good time around a table. I am sure his videos have been a anchor during these trying times when connection and well being is paramount.

This is what I love about Jamie. He uses great, seasonal produce and uses it in simple recipes. He did such wonders in 2004 with the school dinner crisis too!

This is excellent. Used unsmoked salmon and it was just as good. Top stuff, Jamie

I made this last night for our dinner and it was fabulous, I used uncooked salmon and cooked it more before taking the skin off, if you do use uncooked salmon don't over cook it as it will carry on cooking when you break it up, I also put an extra spoonful of crème fresh on the finished plates and then sprinkled the crispy skin and black pepper on top of that. This is a stunning recipe Jamie. I will make this again without doubt.

I’ve just tried this and I honestly can’t recommend it enough! Not used crème fraîche in a dish before but it’s incredible with the fish👌
