I just tried this recipe! Definitely the best pasta recipe for me this year! The key is boiling Parmesan in the pasta water and the lemon thyme! Capers make a big difference, too! Incredible!

Cher Bruno, une suggestion: une série de recettes minceur ou du moins; moins calorique. Ce serait génial. Dans le passé Guérard a sorti un livre: la cuisine minceur. Une série qui reprendrait l'idée serait appréciée je crois. En tout cas merci pour vos excellentes videos.

Amazon, look up food ring, or pastry ring for whatever size you want, you can use a ring from a cheesecake "springform" pan ring if you have it, and will be better used by most people.
