Beh, di solito noi non mettiamo tanti ingredienti principali insieme nella stessa ricetta, ci limitiamo a massimo 3. Ci sono due varianti che ne prevedono di più, una siciliana e una calabrese, che però usano pasta secca, non pasta fresca. La besciamella non usa praticamente mai il formaggio dentro il latte( ma io ne metto un po' di parmigiano 🤫) e ti perdono perche metti la mozzarella dentro la lasagna, visto che non ci va, solo perché mia madre la mette e alla mamma si perdona tutto. Certo non batte la mia, ma mi consolo pensando che è molto meglio di certi orrori preparati da chef di fama internazionale di cui sotto👇 la cui ricetta della carbonara ancora provocano in noi moti insurrezionali della peggiore specie. Baci a abbracci.

Oui je sais... les mauvaises ondes LOL. J'en connais aussi qui mette des pierres chez eux et qui parle au arbres.. Si t'es dure de la feuille, ça marche pas 🙂.. Pour une raison très simple; le micro-ondes chauffe de l'intérieur...idéal après avoir fait doré les lasagnes a la poêle.. Bon app!

@@BrunoAlbouze nan c'est que ça chauffe trop : ça tue toute les vitamines. Et c'est comme ça que le concepteur est mort : brulûre de l'œsophage. On croit laisser refroidir et en fait non c'est bouillant au centre. Il paraît que c'est marqué sur le mode d'emploi. Bon, j'en parlerai à mon arbre
