Love the drugstore video! Affordable makeup does not mean sacrificing quality, it just means that you aren't paying extra for a name or expensive packaging.

Can you give us an update on how the items held up over the course of the day, please??

I never spend 30 minutes watching any makeup videos but I did with yours. Your look is flawless and beautiful. I wish any of this would look half as good on me...I'm 66 and love makeup. Thanks for the drugstore suggestions.

Mandy, keep doing you! If you like the highlight on the upper lip, do it! These negative nellies saying they think it looks crazy are the ones who need to take a look in the mirror and see what's on the inside. 43 and your skin is amazing, especially with having dry skin and a cold winter climate.

It always amazes me that people have to say nasty stuff... commenting, questions, sharing tips you have discovered, sharing a problem you might have had with a product that she's promoting (remembering to say 'for me it did...' ), etc is all helpful, but some people just seem to love b!tching or complaining for no real reason!!!😢

I use the Wet and Wild primer below my eyes immediately before I do my concealer and it works amazing!! Just enough hydration!

I have heard that this primer works so well under concealer but when I went to buy it I noticed that it has alcohol high up on the ingredients so I was scared that it would dry out my undereyes. Do you find that it is drying at all?

This primer did not dry my under eyes at all... but it also didn't help anything. I am almost 50 and my under eyes are always dry so when I saw the video that Risa posted about this serum primer I ran out and bought it. So for me it's fine on its own and under moisturizer but unfortunately doesn't help me with makeup.... but I also haven't found anything that actually makes a lasting difference. If I were you I would give it a try it doesn't cost that much and you can always use it somewhere else

@@ashleybullard1285I heard that too so I bought some specifically to use under my eyes, and YES it did dry my under eyes like crazy. My concealer was soooo scaly under my eyes, and it took me a week to get my under eyes fixed and moisturized again. If you have dry under eyes, I would definitely not recommend that serum under the eyes! No no no. I had lizard skin. My teen daughter even asked me what was wrong with my concealer under my eyes 😮

@EnvyBlu See that's probably exactly what would happen to me- teenage daughter and all! My undereyes are soo dry and I have the hardest time with concealer and powder and finding an eye cream that actually hydrates well and works under concealer. What did you use to get your undereyes moisturized again? Suddenly mine are drier than normal because of weather and I don't know what to do. I did just buy the La Roche posay cicplast gel because Dr. DRAY recommended it

That color of the maybeline super stay skin tint at Target is $13.99. The Revlon concealer is only $8.92 in the shade Light Medium at Target.

I have very fair skin and have found the Makeup Revolution Colour Correct & Fix Primer is amazing for evening out skin tones before applying foundation and concealer- a little squeeze goes a long way - love your make up look by the way - it always looks so beautiful !! Also - recently tried the new Panoramic mascara and love it ! no flaking at all - needed some make up remover to take the mascara off at night but totally worth it. I bought mine from Amazon here in Canada and they had a promotional credit for my order so that I could re-order another Panoramic mascara with my next Amazon order for FREE and pay it forward - so that order went to one of my daughter's houses.

What do you use to remove the mascara? I bought the Loreal, but I had a really hard time trying to remove it!

You should throw some Eagles and Electric Light Orchestra into your son's music mix! Great video...hope all the products worked out for you. I still love my ABH dip brow pomade...it's my standby brow product.

I love the makeup revolution cream bronzer or the slow body from colourpop

I also use the primer all over and actually today before I saw this video I used it under my eyes. I use the under eye brightener by Catrice and then I also used the IT bye bye under eye concealer. I then set with my sponge with setting spray on it. I was shocked how nice my eyes looked all day. I’m 60 years old as well. 🥰

I vote keep the high light on lip! Your makeup looks awesome 🎉

Tarte has a powder for your hair that is awesome. I’m 52 and am getting more and more grey and find it works well. It’s not cheap but they do have sales on their site quite often. It’s in a dabbler so it is easy to use. This is my first time watching your videos. I have never seen eyeshadow applied the way you do but it is gorgeous! All of your makeup looks great! I’m now subscribed.

If it actually works, it’s worth the money. I use the one from Wow and it’s ok but not 3xcellent.

Nice look. Try the L'oreal Double Extend in the red tube. I've loved it for years. Tubing and probably good for you when you're at a game. Thanks Mandy! BTW, Risa mentioned on her channel that the Wet n Wild Serum primer that you purchased is used by many makeup artists specifically for under the eyes. She used the lilac colored product. Also, gotta tell you that I love your outtakes! Today's was especially meaningful because my husband and I were just discussing Bob Marley and how his music brought us back to ski trips, or the Santa Cruz Boardwalk (very "fragrant" place) and a couple others. 😂

I have been using this foundation, and love it. Its $28 in Australia, but goes on so nicely, lasts all day, doesn't go into fine lines, doesn't irritate my skin... i can only sing Maybelline's praises on this one👍👍

I like that wet n wild palette

I sometimes use the skin tint for work (12hr nightshifts). It lasts the whole shift with zero touch ups. Im 54 with oily skin. I find it quite good for a cheapy. It saves my chanel for days off. 👍. Love the lipgloss❤

You’ve got to try the Relove sister brand of Makeup Revolution in the lip glosses. They are so good. They have a matte formula that’s a comfortable matte like a satin matte if you prefer one not so glossy, but the serum foundation you guys also gotta pick up. The brand is so good and everything is $5 or under.

I'm a math geek. Good thing, too. My undergrad studies were in chemistry and there is a LOT of math. I'm going to try the Maybelline Skin Tint if they have it in a light color. Am anxious to see how it looks on VERY mature skin. I've been using a Dark Spot corrector that has lightened ALL of my complection. It compliments my silver hair nicely.

Depending what you mean by "very mature", I'll be 59 in a week and recently reviewed the Matbelline skin tint and I LOVE it. It is a beautiful finish amd really does last all day.

My kids love listening to all those bands as well! I’m 43 and my sons are 24 and 21 and they’ve listened to what I’ve always listened to growing up and I love it😂😂Hope you love the L’Oréal mascara, I’ve loved sky high as well, but panorama just does a little more for me!

Also the makeup revolution bronzer is one of my favorite cream bronzers, the color is a good neutral color. I need to try that mascara.

You need to try the Maybelline Tattoo Styling Gel with the red cap and the Build a Brow

That Super Dewy Blush is really great if you mix a dab of that with some facial oil on the back of the hand and then apply with a brush or fingers and a sponge to smooth.

I love the Maybelline Super Stay Skin Tint. I’m on my second bottle of it. I love the way it gives my skin a very subtle glow.

I like the Revlon and Wet n Wild skin tints. The new nyx powder bronzer is really really nice in the light est shade.

Catrice has a great serum foundation available on Amazon for only $10. It’s comparable to the L’Oréal but much less inexpensive. Also, I highly recommend the Maybelline Build a Brow marker and gel. So good!

I absolutely love the Maybelline Superstay skin tint!! It’s my new go to for summer. The coverage is just what I need. It lasts all day and looks amazing on my dry sensitive skin. I don’t like the dropper so I purchased a pump on Amazon on its perfect now

I love that skin tint. It is the one I have repurchased. It is right up there with my Este Lauder double wear.

I just got this Maybelline skin tint yesterday after waiting a year I finally decided to try it. I've seen reviews that either love or hate it, but I really like it. The Revlon flex wear is my holy grail concealer, I got it in October and it's still my top favorite. I got all the viral high end ones in the past year, and still prefer Revlon over all of them!

I read in the 1940s they went for a darker base with a pale, light powder on top. So i tried it and looked glowing and sunkissed. You should try the Maybelline foundation with a light powder on top and let us know how it goes ❤❤

I LOVE the Revolution bronzer. Great shade and sometimes don’t use blush with it. It blends in so easily and moist without sticky. I am definitely interested in the skin tint and the concealer, especially on my eyes which also seem to crease. Due to going grey early runs down both sides of my family tree I started going grey at 16. It got so tiring and expensive to keep dying my hair. But that’s why I’m watching makeup videos because the hair around my face is silver almost white, still very salt and pepper at the back, so with being so white in the front I need to start putting some colour back on my face. I’m 56 but have far more grey hair than all of the people I know in their 60’s and 70’s and worse still my next door neighbour is almost 80 and I have at least 3x more grey in my hair than she does!! But having said that, now that I have embraced my natural colour I am so much happier and I have more money to spend on getting back into makeup!! 💄

I’ve never had good luck with the Wet and Wild eyeshadows. Love lots of the other stuff, just not the eyeshadows.

I like a moisturizing primer for foundation too. I’m just concerned what that does to spf coverage. I bought the Milk Makeup foam one and I like it but I’m not sure if it’s great for keeping my spf layer intact.
