    Hey guys, I did this workout for the past week along with two other ab workouts of Lily (7-day and 14-day) and I can't wait to tell you guys, that I have seen huge changes. My stomach has reduced by like 2.5 inches, and I am able to comfortably fit in clothes which i couldn't even pull down by bod lol. All I have to say is, please keep trying. Do not leave it in the middle. If you couple this up with a good diet (just avoid junk food) you will see really good results in no time. And honestly I am so happy, there are several occasions coming up and I can't wait to wear good outfits without feeling insecure about my body. All the best to the person who's reading this~you can do it sweetie, I have faith in you~ If I can do it, literally anyone can

    @@sarita527 women need an extremely low body fat to see any abs. that can only be achieved through dieting and a lot of training or genetics. but i suppose you can have non visible abs. edited: i see now i shouldn’t have said “only”. you can get abs without those. but i wanted to comment this so the fit people without abs could feel seen and to lower people’s expectations.

    DOING THIS FOR 14 DAYS!!! day1- hard but i did it hahah day2- bit easier still hard, can’t do the russian twists with legs up yet 😁 day3- PAIN day4- i was super tired but still did it day5- getting stronger on the planks and russian twists day6- skipped because i went on a realllyyy long walk haha day7- it’s a lot easier but still those russian twist are evillll day8- omg today was hard i wasn’t in the mood at all but i feel better now i’ve done it !! day9- just an off day for me so i skipped today:( day10- i wasn’t in the mood today but i managed to motivate myself into doing it and now i feel a lot better!! day11- skipped sorry guys day12/13 not been doing too well so i skipped these days so i’m gonna go up to day 17 day14 - super proud of myself for doing it today :) day15- done! started the hot girl summer legs too day16- i did it ! i’ve got a lot going on right now so i am really proud of myself! (no abs yet but my waist is getting more and more snatchedddd) day17- ahh i can see results but i’m gonna keep doing the workout every day so i’ll still update !! 18- hey guys thank you for all the support and advice!! im still gonna do the workout every other day so i’ll keep you all updated on my results :) 19- still doing this workout as well as the hot girl summer legs !! today was the first workout in a few days where i broke out a proper sweat but i still did it so super proud of myself, gonna do the legs now -please like this to keep me motivated!! you can do it everybody :)) (thank you all so much for the support

    just a tip! you should do this workout 2x /3x a week to give your muscles recovery and growth time. you’ll find the workout is easier as your muscles are bigger

    DOING THIS FOR 20 DAYYYSSSS!!!! day 1:not too bad, but my neck is on fire day 2: my core i so stiff, it hurts to sneeze, but good day 3: wasn't feeling it today but i did it, definitely was easier than yesterday!!! day 4: much easier feeling strong day 5 : seeing slight results but getting much easier day 6: seeing insane results!!!! day 7: didnt do it feeling super sick day 8: still really sick day 9: finally back into it much harder than before but feels good to get back into the routine

    well acctually yes. i used to eat LOTS of sugar, but now i replaced all my sweets with protean bars. i also do tons of cardio along with this.

    I'll be updating every day for 10 days Waist line: 25in. Day 1: ✅ Day 2: ✅ Day 3: ✅ (tomorrow school ends and I'm so happy ahhhhhh) Day 4: ❌ i skipped cause i was outside all day and too busy Day 5: ✅ I can already see some results! Day 6: ✅ Day 7: ✅ Day 8: ✅ Day 9: ✅ Day 10: ✅ Final results:i don't have a measuring tape right now but i can see some abs popping, my waist looks thinner and i highly recommend :)

    COMPLETED MY 14 DAY JOURNEY!! ✅✅✅ day 1: difficult, needed a lot of pauses but finished it. day 2: my abs were sore but i still did it 😎 day 3: starting to see baby obliques :3 day 4: feeling tired, neck hurt as I wasn’t squeezing in my abs. Tip is to really pull in your abs so your neck doesn’t hurt. day 5: skipped today. was feeling unmotivated :(. day 6: skipped today 😅i know its not good to skip 2 days in a row but it is just one of those weeks. i always feel motivated in the beginning to start a challenge, but then i realize that "life" gets in the way. day 7: SMASHED IT!! its important to let your body rest and then you'll get the energy back! -HALFWAY MARK- day 8: wasn't feeling the best, and i told meself to just do a few minutes of it instead of completely skipping it. But i can start to see baby obliques!🥺♥️ day 9: DID IT AND SMASHED IT!! Sometimes you just need a break and life comes in the way...but keep pushing! day 10: skipped it! did not prioritize my health today. day 11: when i woke up in the morning, after a day of overeating i still had some ab definition. some oblique defintion. very interesting how that works. that motivated me to keep going and I completed the workout! 👏👏 day 12: feel lazy..skipped it :P. What works for me best is to exercise first thing in the morning and if anything comes int he way then I forget to do it, or feel unmotivated. day 13: SMASHED IT!!💪 I made a promiise to myself that I would not take two rest days in a row. day 14: DONE!!! I do see a noticeable diference in my ab definition in just 14 days. Now this workout is my go to workout and I do it every other day. It definitely helps me get snatched, and my neck does not hurt as much as it did in the beginning. ✅✅ should I post a before and after? 😏

    Can I give you some advice, please? I hope so 😊, do not train abdomen every day, because the abdomen is a muscle that has to rest in order to give results, as well as the other muscles of the body, I hope it serves you. I made that serious mistake and my results were slow. :)

    Hi ! Starting this today! Day 1: ✅Done! I felt the burnnn! Day 2: ✅Done! My neck was sore, i will have to fix my technique. Day 3: ✅Done! Hardest day in my opinion 😩 Day 4: ✅Done! I can definitely tell that i have gotten stronger! I was able to finish most exercises without taking a short break! Day 5: ✅Done! Finished majority the exercises without a break! Day 6: ✅Done! I felt it was harder today, I don't know why 🤷‍♀I can definitely feel my stomach is harder! (started doing an additional video) Day 7: ✅Done! A lot easier today! Day 8: ✅Done! Had to force myself to do it today. Day 9: ✅Done! Day 10: ❌Had a lighting carnival and was dead! Day 11: ❌I got sick Day 12: ✅Done! Im better, a big day but i forced myself Day 13: ✅Done! Didn't stop once! Day 14: ✅Done! Day 15: ✅ Done! Can do each exercise without a break! Please like to keep me motivated xx Day 16: ✅Done! Wasn't feeling motivated today because i got my period and was feeling blehhhh. But i did it and im so happy! Day 17: ❌ I got the flu Day 18: ❌ Still sick🥴 Day 19: ❌ On the mend now!

    @@cheyennel5247you should cut out carbs junk food and drink alot of water diet is also very good but just know if you stop the diet you are most likely to gain the weight fast. i think cutting ut junk food is easier

    Im on my ten day challeng ill let yall know each day l. Day1: ✅️ Burns and couldnt do a few but i broke a sweat. Day2: ✅️ added some leg workouts but my endurance I feel could be better lol. Day 3: ✅️ Endurance is a little bit better still a little sore but feeling much lighter. Day 4: ✅️ I did the workouts I'm also getting a bit faster at it still need to work on a little more endurance. But overall I was able to do my sets and add on an extra leg workout for myself. Half way there: skipped one day due to rest a little extra. Felt a little bloated tho I've been cutting back on intake I guess my stomach wasn't feeling the food I had ate. Day 5: ✅️ Finished workouts in room this time and was able to add in a couple extra workouts. Day 6:✅️ I got through it 😪. But I was able to add some more workouts to it. 👍 Day 7: ✅️ I'm getting faster, and I'm seeing some toning in my stomach. Also I'll update you about dieting. Day 8:✅️ okiee so today went pretty well no pain or anything I know I've said this before but endurance is really getting there. (Also this will be a 14 day challenge since I missed 2 days of progress.) Day 9:✅️ finished pretty much the same as yesterday. Day 10:✅️ Was having cramps but still managed to finish idk how lol. But endurance was a little less because of cramps and I moved a little slower but ig you understand. ( Would end the challenge but I'm doing extra and am gonna continue. Just because I missed around 2 to 3 days before the ones I had posted previously not additional days.) Day 11: ✅️ Finished feeling like adding another rep so that's what I'm gonna do. Also started a little weights. Day 12: Day 13: Day 14:

    Hey guys! I’ve done this workout a couple times and the burn is unreal! I wanted to track my progress. starting today for 10 days. Don’t forget to like so I don’t lose my comment! MY STOMACH MEASURES 28 INCHES!!! Day 1: ✅ Done! It was extremely hard but I can still do it! And don’t forget to stretch after your workouts, that’s an important step so your not sore the next day after working in that area. Day 2: ✅ Done! My abs are on fire. I took one break during the plank, but other than that no stopping! I also got no likes yet :( 1 like = motivation I completed day 3,4,5 and I starting getting results on the fifth day so it’s working! But I’m not going to continue bc nobody is seeing this:(

    Doing this for 14 days remind me guys😻 Day 1 ✅ don’t know how i did it but i did it!😮‍💨 Day 2 ✅ did it but was exhausted after it! Day 3 ✅ was still hard but a little bit easier! Day 4 ✅ it starts to get easier and I see a little difference!!

    Apparently, I noticed that people write comments about how the 10 days went, so I decided to do this and tell you how this training is from my point of view. By the way, I start writing this comment at the end of the second day of training. Day 1 - It wasn't very hard, but after the training I had a muscle fever but it was okay! 8/10 ✔ Day 2 - The muscle fever didn't help much, but it didn't stand in my way. 9/10 ✔ Day 3 - My muscle fever passed and the exercises seemed to become much easier. The abdomen begins to take shape, slightly, contour. Also, after training I did not feel pain as in previous days. 10/10 ✔ Day 4 - Today I felt no pain. 10/10 ✔ Day 5 - I started wanting to give up. But, I won't do it! The thing is, I feel like I'm doing them for nothing. The results do not appear and I feel that I am taking my time for nothing. Today I felt no pain. 7/10 ✔ Day 6 - Still working for my packs and I'm not gonna give up! Today I felt no pain! 10/10 ✔ See you tomorrow with a new update! :D P.S - I am doing this training several times/day.

    @@julieramnani7825 I always did a 10-20 min cardio of her workouts or ran/walked outside. Then I did her 15 min hourglass sculpt which is really helpful, 2 of her 8 min abs workouts for waist and lower abs, 10 min hourglass hips and at last an 8 min inner thigh. For the diet I just didn’t eat after 18.00, didn’t eat a lot of carbs like bread. The most important thing is to actually drink water. I hope this was helpful and I hope you’ll achieve what you want!

    @@alisarclassical thank you so much for taking out your time to tell me this and inspiring everyone else..and I'm just wondering if you did do other influencer's workouts as well then you see last month I did some other strength training workouts with weights but it turned out that my already fat thighs became bulky and the muscle growth happened do you know any way I could slim my thigh and get rid of the bulk even my thigh gap disappeared..

    I'm a teenager who hates working out I just can't get myself to get up and actually do a workout but then I saw Lilly and I just got up and did the workout after the workout I felt great.     ok, summer is in a week and i need to lose a lil bit of belly fat and just need that figure bc yk HOT GIRL SUMMER. i already did this workout for 3 days but i feel like if i do this comment, then i will have motivation to come back to this video and actually workout DAY 1- ✅ i was in a workout mood and felt good after. i took lots of breaks throughout the vid tho DAY 2- ✅ i had no motivation because it as before school and i had a bad headache, but i still did it. i didn’t do as many breaks but it was burning really bad DAY 3- ✅ i slept over at a friends house so i didn’t do it in the morning but i did it at about 5 pm and my friend did it with me. i only took one break. i don’t see any big changes, only that i’m not bloating as much and i feel a lot better. i’m also on my period so that might be why DAY 4- ✅ man i was not feeling good bc of my cramps but i did it and i still only took 1 break on the toe touch things. i do notice that my stomach is harder and i can see a bit of toning! DAY 5- ✅ i did it in the morning before school and i was still struggling on the toe touch one but i see a better figure and toning on my stomach now DAY 6- i did it in the morning again. the workout it def getting easier and my stomach is way more toned DAY 7- ✅/❌ i started it and did the first 4 workouts but i didn’t have enough motivation to finish it DAY 8- DAY 9- DAY 10- (PLEASE LIKE THIS SO I COME BACK 🙏)

    I'm gonna update yall Day 1: ✅ Didnt hurt that bad, barely could do the foot touches tho they killed me Day 2: ✅ had no motivation but I still did it and this absolutely killed me Day 3:🚫 didnt do it I had no time sorry:( Day 4: ✅ I'm so happy to say I'm actually seeing results!     doing this everyday for 2 weeks Start waist length: 28 inches Day1- ✅ abs were hurting after the 5th exercise 😩 Day2- ✅had no motivation but still did it ! Day3- ✅after exercise 6 I was ACHING but I still carried on I’ve got this! Day4- ✅dying but still did it !! Day5- ✅ my stomachs hurting more and more each day I do it so hopefully it’s gonna show some abs these next few days 🙏🏻 Day6- ✅doneeee Day7-✅ we’re getting there c’mon ! Day8- ✅ I'm doing it and I can feel the burnnnn !! 🔥🔥 Day9- ✅ nearly forgot about it today but I did it but no changes yet :( Day10- ✅. I see no major changes yet so I’m going to carry on doing this for a few more days and see where my results get me my waist right now is 26.5 inches ! Day 11- I think I’m getting some abs no VISIBLE changes yet but maybe they are just under my skin and ready to come out in a few days 👀 Day 12- I didn’t do this exercise today as I feel like this workout isn’t working for me . I’m trying an alexis ren video but if that doesn’t work then I will come back to this one. My ending waist size is 27 inches

    You can’t get abs in 14 days, unfortunately it’s not that easy. These exercises are amazing for building ab strength and burning fat so that you can see them, but your approach has to be holistic i.e. consistent and with nutritious food. No KZread video will give you 14 day results but it sounds like you’ve made incredible strength progress, maybe give it another shot with lower expectations? X

    Can't wait to try this! I've been following your workouts since February. I was really hating my one year postpartum body. My body is looking better than it did pre-baby after only a couple months! My 70 year old mother has decided she would like to start working out as well.     okay honestly. i watched this video and was like “okay none of the others have worked. there’s no way this does.” and then i did it and that was the most intense workout but with the most positive vibe! i’m super excited to do this for ten days! day one: super hard, couldn’t lift my legs up on the russian twists lol but im hoping to get better as i do it more! completed! ✅ day two: actually surprisingly easier! i got my legs up on the russian twist this time so progress already! completed! ✅ day three: i waited way too late to do it so i ended up doing it after i showered so now im kinda sweaty but i still did it and im glad i did! completed! day four: i keep forgetting until its super late but i still did it! i’m gonna try to wake up earlier to do it. completed! ✅ day five: i remembered to wake up earlier so i got it done during the morning lol. i am def seeing some ab lines! completed! ✅ day six: i almost didn’t end up doing it cause i thought it was too late but ended up doing it in the dark lol. completed! ✅ day seven: holy crap i almost didn’t even do the workout because of how late it was but i’m glad i did.. kept the streak alive! ✅ day eight: i’m def seeing results… can’t tell if im delulu or not lol ✅ day nine: i have no words, im js tired lol✅

    going to do this for 10 days with another one of lily’s workouts, and i’ll keep posted! day 1: ✅ definitely felt the burn , wasnt that bad but hopefully going to improve! day 2: couldn't do as i was out all day, but will do two reps tomorrow!! day 3: dont so much burn but more sweat!i will go enjoy this shower 🤩 day 4: got my period and sore so will miss today day 5: still sore, but will continue tomorrow and add on an extra 2 days to fill in for the missing days!

    1: hard but did it and a little sore 2: getting stronger no results yet 3: getting easier starting to see results 4: i am better at it and can see 11 line abs when flexing 5: even easier and my abs are more noticeable without flexing 6: starting to enjoy the workout and can see a difference 7: I feel stronger and can tell a big difference 8: starting to get more definition

    Hello everyone!! I have done this workout since 29.4.2021. When i did this for the first time i remember how hard it was even tho i have worked out 2 years. Before i didn't have abs but now i have and i can totally see them. I have ⏳ figure because of this workout. I did it everyday but sometimes i did have breaks. I love this workout and i did some of these exersices with 6kg weight and 1.5kg dumbells. Now it is too easy for me. AND TRUST ME THIS REALLY WORKS KEEP GOING GUYS U GOT THIS💪
