For boiling the cassava:
Water for boiling
4 Lbs casaava
1 1/2 Tbsp salt

For the boiling eggs:
Water for boiling
18 Eggs
1 1/2 Tbsp salt

Cassava mixture:
2 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Garlic powder
1/2 Cup Green onions
2 Tsp Roasted genera
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tbsp Onion powder
1 1/2 Tsp Ajee
1 Tbsp Black pepper
1 Tsp Adobo

For the frying eggballs:
1 Packet Goya sazon for color
1 Cup biscuit crumbs
Oil for frying

Hi there thanks for watching...that's okay if you don't like eggs..you can try the recipe by omitting them and roll the cassava to your desired shape and it's still going to be delicious :)
