I got one of these last year. If you’re reading this go buy one now definitely a game changer
I absolutely love my M12 heated jackets. I have the Axis jackets and vests. Wear them everyday. Ended up buying M12 heated gear for the family. My Mrs loves her vest! Great quality. The new generation jacket looks great. Battery pass through is a nice added feature. Never even thought about charging my phone and using the heat function at the same time! Awesome find Vince! Have a great night! 👍🏻

Thanks for everything ZZ!
I really like the Milwaukee heated gear. I just wish the tough shell jacket had a hood. That’s the only complaint I have. I know they make the hoodie, but I want the tough shell
Got the heated hoodie last year on special from OPT for $110 and Milwaukee shipped the battery on promo for free. Can’t tell you enough how much I’ve enjoyed it. Besides being awesomely comfortable it’s kept me outside working when I otherwise wouldn’t have, thanks VCG!
I picked up the heated Hoodie and I love it the heated gear is awesome
I have all older jackets. All first generation🥺. I brought them when they first came out 😍 and a couple of hoodies❤️

Likewise, and boy they still work hard!
Home depot running 39% off at the moment picked up one for $115 shipped and bought a cp3.0 battery from ebay for 56$... what a steal!
I rock a red Milwaukee tough shell heated jacket, I’ll verify that it’s a great jacket to start. Throw on the heat and your super comfortable.👍
I have had my jacket for two years now. Has some worn spots, to be expected. But to its credit, IT STILL WORKS. So I got a fresh new one for non work use 😂
Thank you vince for the heads-up, I'm a bit older than you, I was a dealership wrench & now have back issues. 2 of my favorite things, now, are the heated seats in our car and the heated mattress pad. Thanks again for all that you and the Mrs do, keep up the good work. My Mrs and I enjoy your wit and sense of humor and how genuine you both are.
The cp 3.0 is the best all around m12 battery in my opinion. It's my favorite to use on drills and impacts. They feel like an extension of the handle, whereas the 4 and 6 feel like a limitation of hand real estate.

I. Agree only battery I use have 10 of those compact 3ah
Bought the Gen 3 heated hoodie and think the fabric quality could be better but am happy getting in the van on a cold morning. I find with a three amp hour battery I get about 2 hours on full burn or 8 hours on low
Totally agree Heated gear is one of the best investments if you need it. Moved to Northern NJ this year (sussex) and it’s gets cold out here, the warmest it’s been getting over here is around 25F. At night drops to single digits. My Milwaukee axis is my go too, works great outdoors and looks great too. I was out clearing 6” of snow for an hour with just a t shirt under and with the jacket on high I broke a sweat and didn’t realize it, next time I’ll turn it down. Also bought a Ariens with heated grips for clearing snow on my property. Between both the jacket and grips I could have been clearing snow all day and be completely warm and comfortable.
Guys this is the best jacket I ever had! It’s so nice and the best part is flexing on people by pressing the buttons 😎!
I wear Both the heated Jacket and hoodie they pair very well in -20 and below. I usually will have my hoodie on with my 6ah battery on while my jacket is rocking a 3ah cp battery for when it gets down to -30. The 6ah battery lasts 14hrs on low and the 3ah cp lasts 7.5 on low this is my experience I work 10hr days so it's more than enough run time for going home.
@kwmiked

How do u wear it in -20? These are cold when its 20 degrees and a slight wind. U don't feel any heat at all. Who uses low? Mine is on high all day and u hardly feel it inside a shop , 🤦♂️
@HerrenGamingNews

@@kwmiked in -20 I'm toastey the 6ah battery weighs down my hoodieso I can feel it heat up my inner layers I get too hot in -20 to have it on any hotter especially when I'm working sometimes I have to layer down. At -30 I can feel the cold seep through my layers so I turn on my jacket and I'm toasty even during this cold snap in -45 I was warm but my hands limited me.
I have the first gen got it Jan 21. November 21 I bought a grey Gen 2 from CPO love it so much I got 2 more grey from CPO. AFTER THANKSGIVING I got another hoodie from home depot. Got the blue and black from Acme tool for myself . Than I bought more for Christmas gifts . They removed the holes for ear buds on the inside packets That's how much I love these jackets and Milwaukee tool.
Been wanting one for years, finally this year got the blue Toughshell this fall and love it. I wear it all the time. Like you said nice for starting out in a cold vehicle, great for blowing snow (cab but no heat and not air tight) and so much more and very warm with out the heat too. Only drawback, it's not great for shopping, sweat like crazy wearing it in stores and bulky to carry.
I’ll be plowing snow tonight, I’m so glad I have a Milwaukee heated jacket I actually own 4 ,My work jacket tuff shell and play jacket a axis , I own the hoodie for chilly days but I almost never use the heat on the hoodie it’s warm with or with out and I got a green axis that just don’t match well so it’s a dust collector lol. I run them all on m18 2.0 and 3.0 cp H.O. Batts with a m18 power source.
I LOVE my heated gear! I hate being bulky especially if I'm wearing a harness and a loaded belt and it's freezing, windy and wet on a roof n being nimble and bulky don't necessarily mix optimum-ly. I use my heated hoodie and tough shell soft shell coat (the new one in the video) the most (I've never been wet while wearing it! Rain, snow and WIND = NO PROBLEM!) but I'm thinking I should start wearing my brand new toughshell quilted (like the one in the start of the video) that I bought 2 years ago n hung up in the closet and never worn because I wasn't sure how it would hold up cause it feels "softer" then the soft shell coat (which is TOUGH!) ..... if you have worn that quilted one for 4 years then I'm going to start putting some miles on my new one that I was worried about. M18 power source will run this gear too! Confirmed with Milwaukee before I bought it. You get way longer run times n can run it at the temp you want instead of a lower setting to "conserve battery." YOU'RE GOING TO LOVE THAT TOUGH SHELL COAT! If mine got stolen or wrecked I'd buy a new one sitting the first 20 minutes of losing it. I love it that much.
Vince you should do a video on heated gloves been hearing mix emotions 😳 great video like always .. happy new year 2 you and gang ..
Thx for the deal! 👍
Nice jacket Thanks for the look at the new Milwaukee.
Have the axis and a hoodie and in Texas the hoodie has been more than enough Great product
I have the jack nd hoodie love them both!
I have the red hoodie and black jacket. Wanted to get vest, but sold out everywhere
I’ve had thst coat for a few years now. It’s extremely warm WITHOUT the heat on. It’s crazy. You must’ve been boiling filming that video 🤣.

So if understood correctly, it is a c3po battery. I like that. I actually have this jacket. It is a nice warm jacket. I live where we have winter, if it is 15 out I dont turn it on,unless the wind is blowing, if its 6 outside, it's on. You can get an adapter to run it off your 18 volt battery. I like a 18 volt 3 Amp hour battery with the adapter. I think it's flatter and liter.
Just got my first 1 and love it.. when I got it the rural king where i got it was running a special buy the jacket and get a beanie or trouble light free
I got both axis and toughshell I love both and I only use compact 3ah m12 on mine love Milwaukee jackets
I ordered one in red and then I ordered some 6mah batteries on Amazon. I ❤️ it!!!

I’ve had my tough shell for about 4 years now. The seams in the under arms and shoulders are separating. It’s been like a trusty steed to me. I’ll definitely grab another one.
Nice looking jacket. 👌
I have a heated hoodie and a tough shell jacket and recently got the heated gloves they make a big difference when I am running the forklift at 3 in the morning pricey to get into but id say they are worth it.
I love my Milwaukee heated toughshell jacket...I use it waaayyyy more then I thought I would...it's a game changer. I have 2 cp3.0 batteries. My only complaint is my front pocket zipper broke, I need to call Milwaukee...can't use warranty online for jackets

I like the pass through pocket and that you can run the heat and charge your phone. Very nice, I’ll check out the pricing through your link.
I reached out two years ago about type c and there response made it seem like there was a chance but still nothing.
I'm glad that they listened on making the battery move more. My shirt size is medium though on jackets I typically get a large though because of the battery problem gen1 tuff shell in the back I got extra large just to be safe. Now I should be able to at least drop one size min.
So I have a problem with this jacket, the battery placement rides on top of my tool belt and causes the kidney Buster situation when I'm bending and slightly twisting my waist sideways towards the battery side... a movement I need to do several times throughout the day for various reasons usually to pick an object (tool, harwear, etc) up off the ground that's beside me. I wish the battery could be moved to a chest pocket. I tried a smaller jacket (barrowed a co-workers to try it out) and it solves the problem by lifting the battery just enough, but then I get the pit squeeze situation...
How cold does it really get in Texas ? I'm in Michigan
I have a question that may seem a little silly. Is there any kind of smell or odor when the heat is turned on? The reason I ask, is because I would use it more while deer hunting.

Think u are ready for size xl! Lol I love my Axis jackets, but battery pocket rips with in days, and they just don't get warm enough to even feel it outside. Its a inside jacket. Wind blows right thru and cancels heat. Even the tough shell I was disappointed. I dont even use that one cause its to bulky and the wind pushes right thru it
Yeah but if u have a 6 or 9 battery it fits great up front
Just wish it had a hood, even a zip on one
I just lost my jacket misplaced it lol looking on the cameras now I should have put an air tag in them when I find the jacket ima order some air tags
Vince you make me laugh. Thanks!
I should have got the camo one years ago when they were practically giving them away. Its the most expensive one now. 🤦Got thebred one and still love it tho
Can't buy a jacket even though I want to right now. smh. Think they are out of stock due to demand or does anyone think Milwaukee is preparing for a release of new versions of jackets since the current models are goin on two years?
Love getting the notifications for these vids, always worth the watch. Keep it up!
I have one of the original heated jackets. The stitching was terrible on them. But the jacket is warm as all hell. I would try another but they no longer make a jacket without a hood. What gives mikwaukee?
Yooooo! My Axis jacket has pass through too!?
Milwaukee has no hi vis heated gear ??? They have none heated hi vis 🤷♂️ Jobsite I'm at now requires Class 3 hi vis even with wind chills around 0. Yes they enforce it. Big commercial jobsites are very strict Milwaukee needs to step. up.
Work as garbage man and Iam wearing m12 hoodie 6 day in week . Its great ,maybe they need to put stronger heating elements .
Vince what's up with OPT? All their heated gear on backorder?? Usually when they put on a deal for da gang they have better stock numbers than this. Thanks for sharing it regardless.
Damn bro I'm sitting out in the cold hoping to score a deal... I'm in the new M12 ToughShell ... So yeah they Hot as ****. But still where the bullet points? I'm putting in hours on the daily in this thing. How about a deal on the gloves?
I wanted the hoodie but I only see it in a kit with a 1.5Ah I might do it if it had the 3.0 but I just want the hoodie
With dewalts new Smart Stack battery they should really get in the heated gear game, or Milwaukee develop a pouch style battery for their gear. The only thing I don’t like about these is getting jabbed by an m12 battery 😫 well that’s not true I also don’t like the price 😞
I'll wait for the corded jacket don't like charging batteries with micro USB from the early 2000's😂 technology from 20 years ago 👌

2 years I've had my Milwaukee heated jacket and I'll wear it from my house into my truck when I get into the garbage truck I will have the jacket on until the truck warms up. But driving the truck ill take it off because of the battery interferes don't need it after the truck warms up anyways. I will say I would like to try out the Milwaukee gloves just because working outside my whole life my fingertips get very cold

That's one thing I like about the new jackets you can bring the battery from the back of the jacket to the front of the jacket. But having the older jacket the battery doesn't interfere with your back when sitting down

Best thing they could have done was stay away from type c. I used to swear I would never have an iPhone. I’ve always had Galaxy’s but recently switched to iPhone just to get away from the type c charger. They suck.
@mdale814
2 жыл бұрын
This is an absurd statement... Type C is absolutely the best cable/connection available right now. Fastest data transfer, fastest charge, and much easier than the older protocols. Even Apple will probably switch to it soon.
@markwarren515
2 жыл бұрын
May be faster but I got tired of having to replace the cable every 2 or 3 months. They don’t stay in like the mini usb and I always had to find that sweet spot to get my phone to charge and the phone wasn’t even that old. I switched to iPhone even though I really didn’t want to but I haven’t had any problems with the iPhone cord
@TravisClaytonAudio

Hate to break it to ya but iPhone basically has that same problem with the trying to find it’s sweet spot to charge imo.. I got iPhone for quite few years and still would love to see them go to type c for faster data, and charging etc etc

@@markwarren515 I think you just had some bad luck. I have an iPhone for work, Samsung for personal. Many more problems with lightning than C for me.
@markwarren515
2 жыл бұрын
@@TravisClaytonAudio this may be true. I haven’t had my iPhone but about 9 or 10 months but so far I haven’t had that problem with it. Then again with the galaxy I had, the phone case I had didn’t have a cover for the charge port and often would get stuff in it. Maybe it was the charge port on the phone that was damaged. Very likely to be the case. One of the things I didn’t like about the type c was the 2 prongs that catch and hold the plug in place is on the female side of the plug verses on the male side of the plug like on the mini. So on the mini if they got stuck in and wouldn’t hold the plug in place, you could just replace the cord and problem solved. Cheap easy fix. With the type c however this is not the case. The 2 prongs that catch and hold it in place is in the female side. Now once they get stuck in and won’t hold the plug in place it just falls out and it’s screwed until you replace the whole phone, probably why they didn’t use it on a cord that is only charging a battery and not transferring data
I run the m18 batteries in my heated jackets lasts much longer
