early morning isn't good on bright moon lit nights because the fish feed at night in summer that's why we night fish , i've caught so many at night mid summer and when the sun starts rising the bite stops completely even the evening bite with top water anyway in my experience so moon phase comes in to effect but i've caught them in the middle of the day pretty good in summer heat in shallow water , i can produce fish at night on buzzbait and frog open water shallows mid day in my fishery anyway , but you're right summer can be tough so start night fishing it's a blast , you can sleep when you're dead , keep up the good work buddy

This time of year, im up at 2:45-3am which gets me on the water by 4:45-5...by the time i get out of the house and make a coffee stop, its always right at 2 hours. Hell, there have been times i just sleep in my truck at the boat launch so i can get out super early....gotta do what you gotta do.

This weekend I was camping near a small lake in Rockford Il, northern IL right near WI border. In the morning I would see tons of bait fish jumping on the surface. Is that when I should have been throwing a top water frog, or I have a moonwalker? I was throwing Ned rig, wacky rig, Texas worm on weighted hook and only caught a few little bass near rocks with the Texas. I did get my sister, niece and two other adults on some bluegill for their first fishing experience. Felt great to turn on others to fishing!!

On that video before this one it was painful to watch you cast & cast, with hardly a bite, but I experienced it a couple of weeks ago & did it for 4 hrs, that's the way it is this time of year, but if you could fish a river, where there's current, you probably catch more fish than a lake. Sacrificing sleep is my biggest problem, at my age of 57 it gets harder to go without it. Great video!

I am out here on the best lake in South Carolina second weekend in September. I was here two weeks ago having to drive four hours to get here after work getting unpacked finally relaxing next thing I know it’s two or 3 o’clock in the morning and I haven’t fired up the grill. Almost always the first day I am here I end up out on the dock before bed realizing it’s 4 AM or 5 AM. The sun isn’t really coming up but you can see enough light that you can tell the fish are active. I have a feeling it’s because the water that’s 85° even 10 feet deep , even the fish are kind of like bugs they aren’t really reptilian and that yes they need heat to survive just as much as we do but after a certain temperature, they get lethargic or at least seek cooler areas which means deeper or shadier spots With the lake 5 feet low there aren’t very many shady spots left. There is no dock for them to hang out under and less somebody has spent over 1 million on their property. They are all sitting in the dirt. I know it sounds silly but it’s almost like the fish are more concentrated that I’ve caught more this year than any other year they are twice as big as they’ve ever been maybe because of all these weird snails giving them a food source then again, that makes the water more clear and probably warmer. That would normally be on top of the lake being love. These are unit conditions that will not be repeated again in my lifetime . But like he said, instead of losing sleep, why don’t you just stay up until 10 AM fishing sleep during the hottest parts of the day get up around five or 6 PM enjoy some fun in the sun instead of completely cooking. Have a beer. Have a male fish for sunset. Enjoy your evening. Cycle is repeated.

Growing up in the pine forest of South Carolina, I remember being in middle school during summer break we would ride our bikes, run around barefoot, but during heat waves in August if it got too hot, the birds stop chirping it is time to go inside and stay where you are best time for a nap really because the most tolerable time of summer like this is the middle of the night or early morning hours when the temperature is as low as it can be. Yes, people associate staying up all night with substance abuse and lack of morality; however, how big is the difference between waking up at 4 AM and staying up until 4 AM to fish? It’s not that I am lazy and behind because I slipped during the hottest part of the day. I am actually a full day ahead of the folks who call themselves early birds… They get the worms I get the fish :-) do you watch good for you? Usually when you’re fishing it’s time for you to enjoy yourself it’s not work you don’t have a quota the only thing you want to get out of it is satisfaction whether you catch a fish catch a buzz or sunburn don’t forget what it means to go fishing. Don’t let anybody tell you what you’re doing is wrong in anyway if they talk shit throw them out of the boat. Seriously though don’t let anybody on your boat who talk shit. Enjoy it while it lasts we all have fun whether we catch the big one or not some of the biggest fish that got away stories are built on a stump, but that sucker will get you every time :-)

Cast out and get your plastic worm deep in the water at or near the bottom!! But you all knew that anyway so I am not telling you anything new! LOL Now go and get em!! ............Update from today's catch......wound up going to another lake this evening and caught a nice bass around 8pm using Strike King Sweet tater Pie worm Texas rigged!! So yes, a day catching 3 nice bass is good for me!! Who says you can't catch bass on crazy hot humid days in Florida?? Not me! LOL

Trust me, we aren't lucky to avoid the dog days of summer up north. 3-4 months of sub 30-40 degree air temps is the worst.

Its at the beginning and i really dont know what you are speaking of but i very much like that you mentioned sacrifice, even though i dont know the context. Sacrifice is very important,we all gotta do it at some point in life, plus my favorite person in the world kinda wrote the book on sacrifice, jesus Christ. Sacrifice is important to all of us, we should take note of Jesus sacrifice and try to imitate it the best that us mere humans can do!

You obviously have no clue how KZread works my friend. Thumbnail and title get them in the door, quality content gets them ordering a full course meal and drinks. If you don’t like the thumbnails, but you like the content, just click with your eyes closed or something

@@TylersReelFishing just saw this. N i was tryin to pay you a compliment by implying youre good enough without that. They look dumb, they dont catch fish like you do. I understand the clickbait part of it, but nobody can gas your boat when comparing quality and quantity(well tactical bassin, but anyone else. Idk, i know im lil oldschool and i also dont know if you were bein smartass or not. Lmk. If not, hope i was able to convey better that i think youre way better than that, and them. Thats all. Ps- watched bunch of different techniques you fished n tried em for first time. Thanks. I was always just a lure or jigger, now got cheap cars worth of setups n tackle. Hope you didnt take first comment as an attack at all.
