I believe there is absolutely nothing wrong with that HOSHI . Only issue is that the customers expect that unit to fill up pretty fast and that’s not happening, and they’re going through ice faster than the ice production. But she definitely needs a scrubba dubba 😃

Seriously. That warhorse can pump brown water with low maintenance for years and still make ice. Scotsman would have trouble with that.

should I mention how clean the dispenser nozzles are? especially the touch screen ones with multiple flavors. I've had them drop out big globs of discolored snot from other drink selections, not to mention everyone touches the screen after touching everything else known on earth. 🤢 🤮 and from this day forward, no machine fountain drinks was consumed ever again. lol

a dirty ice machine, who'd have ever guessed. hack and moe would even know that. lol 🥳🥳

normally low production is cold water hitting the thermostat cycling the machine or hps dirty condenser trip,and restart.hope that helps.

could be a bad bin stat....shutting off with half dispenser and not coming on until its almost empty so customer thinks its slow production....could be out of calibration if its the original t-stat....that machine might need a double scrubsdookski with all that iron in the water.

One reason I dislike hoshizaki. Generally 30-40 minute cycles. Manitowoc is dropped in generally less than 16-18 always.

@@Justintime631 mannnn you ain’t lying on that one. The KMS heads on top of the McDonald’s fountain dispensers are my absolute worst to work on😂😂 fortunately for us we’re changing them over to Manitowoc self contained heads.

@@MariosACandRefrigeration it’s a not a big deal at all. Way better than a Hoshizaki in every way. Cleaning a Hoshizaki sucks compared to a Manitowoc. Every tech has their own opinions on what machine they like best. No matter which one I like more, or what you might like more, either are better than the new ice o matic

Nothing wrong with the machine. Customers using ice through out the day. They expect that thing to make ice and fill in no time
