Thank you for explaining how to use this carpet washer I was thinking about getting one but there's not a whole lot of KZread videos on this also I do know that if you do not use Hoover products and their machines you can void your warranty and that's what Bissell dirt devil any of them shark any of them if you do not use their recommended cleaners you can actually void their warranty

How do you detach the scrub brush from the hose please

Do you like when the solution is added separately or if it’s directly added to the water?

the only thing I don't like about this compared to my older model is that my dirty water tank is clear... so when I'm pulling back, I can see the rush of water getting sucked out of the carpet hitting the top of the dirty water tank.... with this, it's not clear and you can't see anything... that would annoy me. I really do love these hoovers but you have to really baby them to keep them going...don't jerk them because that water can get into the motor with a sudden jolt of movement...they are so freaking easy to clean up... and I put everything in front of a fan for a few hours so I make sure it's all dry before storing it... I wonder if this is the same basic design like the power scrub where the turbine can rust or the pump can go bad...or perhaps they improved that... I doubt it...I haven't seen one of these taken apart.

I struggled with the brushes for over an hour after I unboxed because they looked loose and not all the way in, but I guess that's how they're supposed to be. 😅

Why is the solution it comes with toxic for pets? I thought it was safe for pets since it’s a machine for pet mess 😓

I have the same exact carpet cleaner I just bought & it does not have that part in the back to add salutation

I am in Australia - the solution tank is not included. The wand he was talking about is part of he handle. The machine i read in the instructions shuld not be used on hard floors. He he babbles on about electric motors - what use is that. The average person knows zilch abouty electric motors. Nothing on how to operate the machine. Video useless..
