Absolutely great! I finally understood it! The length and tempo were perfect. I could just follow step by step, do it, practice and know it. Thank you so much! More of this kind of video would be marvellous!!!

Wow, just here to say I’m so happy your channel has been so successful. I started hooping like ten years ago and learned from you. I’m sure you’ve put a ton of hard work into making it happen! Keep on being your radiant and lovely self ☺️

Deanne Thank You for this awesome & generous tutorial!! I've been jamming for over an hour. I stopped the video several times and slowed it down to see how you brought down the hoop after prayer hands above the head, among other variations like vortex around the waist and alternating directions -- WOW! You break it down so beautifully, I'm getting it! Now to turn on some music and jam some more :)) Thanks again 🙏🏼🙏🏼

Ooh, I SO need to start doing these again as yeah, 10+ years worth of hooping combined with a questionable memory means these days a move has to be forgotten to learn something new as the ol' internal HD has limited space 😁

Kisses from France! I just bought my first hoop a month ago and my english is probably as bad as my hooping but... I wanted so much to win a vortex I tried again and again, during seven days and all day long, perhaps without enought warm up... and one of my shoulder said stop! I had to stay a week without no more vortex! I would have loved to see your vidéo earlier! :D Thank you so much for everything you give!

Perfect!! Thank you!! Just what I needed and especially love the variations! Larger hoop is easier but also more likely to flop. My issue is losing momentum.

Hi Deanne, love these new videos that you are posting lately. Would try this one definitely. I would like add my suggestion/request for upcoming tutorials if it's not too late. I would like to see more sassy slow flow videos for strengthening upper body, because I feel that my upper body needs more practice.

Love from germany and Thanx for your helpful videos!!! Which hoop and size is this you’re using here? And I have still one problem when changing the hoop when it is down: Not to loose momentum (Sorry for my englisch🤪)… it looks so easy when you are changing hands 😍
