  this is INSANELY HELPFUL!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ive been struggling quite a lot with how to loosen my body and let my whole body flow with my hoop, practicing flexibility and mind-muscle connection and non-hoop dancing and nothing was as helpful as this!

  I have a 100cm hoop and a kiddy hoop and can't seem to do this trick! I thought it was the size/weight of my big hoop but turns out it's just me 😢

  I went from being on a high of knowing I can do the reverse to - this one and i began to get frustrated because it doesnt stay in the same hand. It goes to my left side and i started crying. 😂 but i love your tutorials
