You are right, it seems easy what he does but it is not. However properly spouted tea kettles help a lot...

What a really well filmed video thank you! Damn it's such a shame what Covid has done to the world, I can't wait to go back to Hong Kong some day!

I simply loved the tea at Lan Fong Yuen! It’s such a welcoming, clean restaurant. The elderly lady at the till is an institution. They help you out even if you can’t speak or read any Cantonese. There HK style French Toast was also very tasty.

next time im going to central which is only like 15-20 minutes to where I live.I need to get more bubble tea.

traditionally it only uses evaporated milk but now they use a mix of condensed and evaporated milk

Don't ever, ever go to Lang Fong Yuen, unless you want to be shouted at and be treated like shit by the staff. They think they're doing you a favour for you to eat there. The food is not even nice and the price is extortionate. There are many many better places to eat around Central. You have been warned.

The woman is on the street, its noisy , she needs to call out the order so everybody can work efficiently. Its common in Hong Kong

Much overrated.
