Those long brown sticks are deep-fried dough (flour plus something). In HK, it is called "Yau Ja Gwai" it goes always with Congee. Of course you can eat it alone -- still yummy. Now they add this Yau Ja Gwai into the Sticky Rice Roll. All food here look so yummy. They are selling Yum Cha restaurant food.

It's the OG Chinese rice burrito! The outside of sticky rice, the inside is pork floss, pickle Chinese cabbage and radish, egg and fried dough! It is super delicious and filling! They are famous Shanghai dish but people in Hong Kong love it

the sticky rice roll is available in Toronto :)

The first two places (rice roll and the Tofu) I believe are in Causeway Bay on Jardine's Bazaar near the Siki Centre.

sarahasher antonio No got sick no one died, if you have to some high end restaurants whether it’s the u.s or any where in the world,some places don’t wear gloves because of frequent hand washing .
