Are the foods in HK still good and affordable? I haven't been in HK in 10 years. Some of my friends who just came back said the food in HK aren't as good as before and not cheap.

La Barone if they’ve been simmering that long in that broth it will mostly carry the sauces. But most innards have a “fatty” taste to it . So it’s a combination of a fatty taste and the broth.

Very true. But most yummy food is unhealthy if eaten in great quantity.

It's not just fried tofu, it's stinky tofu. And no stinky tofu in the entire world is stinkier than what this shop has to offer.

I know the Hong Kong people love there street food, but unless I know what I’m eating I won’t buy it, I will have too ask my friend what their selling, next time I visit....I’m missing Hong Kong and my friends, hopefully I’ll be able to visit for the moon festival next year.
