11 minutes in and this is really one the best episodes for me, and there have been countless great guests.

Carrot Top lowkey changed my life. For my 30th birthday I went to Vegas alone after friends bailed. I had an extra ticket to see his show... for the hour before the show I walked around the casino convincing myself to do something I NEVER do/did. I wanted to ask a girl to join me (knowing the chances were slim to none. 5 minutes before show time, after asking 4 people. I took a shot on a beautiful girl... she said yes! We watched the show, afterwards I asked for her number. Ended up hanging out until 2am. I asked to kiss her. TURNS OUT SHE LIVED 1 EXIT AWAY ON THE FREEWAY FROM ME IN CALIFORNIA!!!! We started going out and now we've been dating for almost 9 months. I met her in August of 2022. We became "official" in June of 2023. I'm so happy and I owe it all to me having an extra ticket to see Carrot Top... cant wait for this

This dude was the butt of a lot of jokes for a long time, crazy thing is he’s always seemed to stay positive and had a great attitude everytime he’s seen. Not to mention the dude is a killer comic.

Well said. It is so crazy how he has had such a stable career and was mocked, for what? All these hack comedians these with drug problems and other issues . carrot top truly has stayed the course. I remember when people made fun of him . I couldn't figure out why they were making fun of him other than his looks. This guy's a true GOAT. We need a doc!

I have to say that I've never been a huge fan of Carrot Top, but him on the Dew just sitting and talking about his life and comedy is great. He seems like a really cool guy. Great pod.

I remember being a child and waking up for school and my mom telling me I have to watch this guy Carrot Top on The Tonight Show. She pressed play on the vcr and I've been a fan ever since.

The mom is a stripper joke at the end is pure comedy, I’m dying

The more I see of carrot top the more interesting he becomes. I'll be in Vegas soon so I hope to go see a show.

Ya I’m a land surveyor and I hike through the woods all day, currently hiking up a mountain and listening to carrot Top. Interesting dude!

Never seen him live but everyone who has always have glowing reviews. Seems like a beautiful, unique, & introspective soul.

Always loved Carrot top. Good to get to know Scott too!

He's almost 60. I remember him coming up in the 80's. I'm happy he's still crushing. Great episode.

Two things I’ve grown up always hearing about carrot 🥕 top is -Every show has you laughing till it hurts and he puts 110% in ever time! AND -He’s the nicest and most genuine human. He really takes his time with his fans and truly appreciates them. This was great, and what a wild story about his father. Though standing out and leaving a mark on this American story seems to run in the family ✨❤️✨

I have always been fond of carrot Top, I'm 40, so I grew up watching him with Leno. Now I know he is one of the kindest, most genuine humans on earth.

Great interview! Amazing to hear Carrot Top’s origin story. So smart how he continues to hone his skills and work to improve the act. He has a genius level comedic mind. Such a unique talent!

I've had the opportunity to not only hangout with Ryan, but I've been friends with Scott for years. He'd come into my restaurant in Vegas, and I'd always ask him what jokes he's working on? Absolutely the nicest guy. One time my wife and I ran into him sitting alone at a restaurant bar in Summerlin. And started talking to him. On the T.V. Tom Brady and the Patriot's were coming off the plane in Phoenix for the Superbowl, right after de-flate gate. Scott says wouldn't it be funny if the the camera pulled back and the airplane's tire was flat. He makes a call. Jump to a couple days later he had given us tickets to the show, and that joke with a picture of the plane with flat tires was in the show. Scott's awesome, I 100% recommend seeing his show next time you're in Vegas, or if he comes to a city near you!

Yes! And the fact that he does Trump without it coming across as smug low hanging fruit. Plus the variety and range of whacky stuff in his act.

Great show. I met him back in October at his meet and greet. Sweet spirit he has. The show made me laugh so hard that I cried from beginning to end. Go see his show! I want to go back soon

Fuck yeah! I love Carrot Top, hes absolutely one of the funniest comedians thats ever been on a stage, I dont care what anyone says. Insanely unique and talented, been a fan for about maybe 28 years, since age 10! That's weird to say, boy time flies!

One of my favorite episodes for sure! Love actually learning about Scott as a person. Will definitely have to check out what he is doing these days. Will definitely go see his act if I am ever in vegas.

SNL has completely ruined their show with their hatred for Trump.. It's just not funny when you can feel the hate coming from the comedian.. I love Trump, he's my guy, BUT there's a TON of things funny AF about him & anyone would be just lying if they said there wasn't.. he's orange af, he's pompous af, he's insanely conceited about a hairstyle zero ppl want..
