My favorite thing about this podcast is the fact that Soder put that IKEA bookcase together and one of the shelves is backwards and his lazy ass just left it that way. Now it’s the main backdrop to his show 😂. Please never change Dan!

Don't sleep on microphones falling apart, calling out edits he forgot to add in and people walking through the shot to leave the room. Dan's multi-faceted don't sell him short.
"And so is Max" Bobby is too good

It was also really cool to see Shane before his Netflix special dropped and now he's about to host SNL!
Bobby's mom laughing at him playing with himself made me lose control from laughing so hard 😂 his position on the bed is the funniest part, legs wide, head back, eyes closed 😂😂😂
💔 I’m sure she was laughing at Bobby saying “I love you” because she found it sweet and endearing. Funny how we always believe the worst about ourselves
You are absolutely crushing it so far, every episode has been a true banger
I love you guys. Thank you for sharing.
Soder is a champion and a dreamer
These short podcasts are great. The Soder Podcast is easily becoming one of my favorites.

My mom kept me away from my dad for 20 years. One day i told her i was going to look for him regardless of how mad she got and by the grace of god it was like i knew exactly where to drive, there was a bigger town next to mine and this house there kept pulling at me every time i passed it. Idk why that was the first place i went. I was sure enough it that my grandma was on my dad's side house , and i guess I remembered as a baby before my moms family kept me. My grandma hug me and told me that she always knew i was going to come looking for them. She called my dad over, and he's been my best friend ever since ❤😂 coolest dude on earth 🌎
Dan, these episodes have been great. Can’t wait for the Mike McDaniel episode !
i was definitely one of the selfish naysayers that was bummed about the 30 min limit at first, but dan coming out bonus footage throughout the week instead of ten second clips that ive already seen is very refreshing HOWEVER, i don't like the way he says "who wants to hear me talk for an hour" sweet bb, i listened to you for two hours a day six years straight and was scrounging for any podcast you were a guest on since march people love you and the way you can make anyone laugh
THIS RULES!!!!
What a great episode. It feels like a big circle. I learned about Bob kelly, Jim Norton, Patrice O Niel, and the cellar through O and A, and then gravitated more to each comic's material. Ate as much of it as i could, and then years later moved over to their own works and podcast. I then discovered the next generation of comics like Dan Soder, and am going through the same cycle again. Thank you for all you do for your fans. Your real the shit 🤙

Shout out to the zoom on the Bobby face wipe. Floored me.
Aww what a nice moment between Dan and Bobby at the end there. Just two dudes being bros
The last 5 minutes are amazing. Hell, the whole thing ruled. Love coming from Tucson!
"Son's recital" are two words I've never heard together
33:45 - the sirens tripped me out because there are literally firetrucks driving down my street right now. I paused your video, and still heard sirens, then pressed play and realized the video actually DID have sirens and it's not the bowl I just smoked fucking with me.

"When the house is empty, it's time to make love"....... "wait, is that what u call beating off?!?!" 🤣🤣🤣 1min in and im already dying laughing lol, love this!!
I am a featherless man! My dad wouldn't stand for such frivolous decorations.
I love the LOVE in this episode. Two favorites. Emotional and real and funny.
Dan, please never stop doing Macho Man. Any time I'm feeling a little down, I watch your Macho Man doing house chores bit... it's the surefire thing that always makes me laugh.
Laughed harder in the first five minutes than I have in weeks at any other podcast, great stuff Dan and bobby hilarious as always 👍👍👍
I can’t get enough of you guys LETS GOOOOOOO
Listening to the reminiscences of some step parent hatred brought some memories back for me, and it was a good laugh. I love this
Another great episode; you and Bobby are always great together! Your friendship is so plain to see. Forget the haters, keep executing your vision. It's nice to have an easily consumed pod, that fits neatly into my day. Especially one that's jam packed with laughs and true emotions. You're doing it different than mostz and doing it really well!
I love the 40 min; and I adore the possibility of the edited 20 being released after the fact, or as a teaser.

this show is gonna rock as long as Soder is still kickin. Dude knows how to have fun. Keep it up, this shows awesome!
Dan you are fucking amazing! So glad to get to watch and listen to you and the people who you want to chat with! This is a great pod! P.S. I hope Ari is guest sometime!
i like bobby and dan and i want to hear them talk about stuff
I know you addressed this directly in the 'cast, but I'd love to see longer episodes! Love the show!
I’m really loving what this pod is so far Dan. All these convos have been great.
I am a broken kid... you both validated my reactions as a child. We are misfit toys that, found their way in life. My childhood was full of personal violence. Thank you for talking about the childhood, that I cannot! Much Love, Soder & Kelly!
The wait is finally over!
Hey, thanks for putting the dates on the screen during the read. I'm still fast-forwarding but still want to catch a show.
As somebody who got into a fist fight with their dad at my soccer game at a military base, this was a refreshing episode.

Damn. This episode hit hard. Crazy that we all have step dad stories.

Easily best new pod of 2023
God put Dan on this earth to inspire us to be the best we can be, brighten our day, and let us look at this White Chocolate Milk Dud with a Goatee guest 😂😂😂
This might be my new favorite thing.
Great episode can relate
Counter point: Norm Macdonald's old podcast. The more edited shorter Netflix version isn't as beloved as the longer, older ones. You're overthinking it. people love hour+ pods. Even Regz you're often funnier in second hour. Longer is a strength of yours you should utilize

Just finished the Regz now watching this, I might OD on Soder and Bobby today.
I got into The Bonfire maybe a year after Dan left and I was so upset that I had missed one of the funniest comedy duos in podcast history. So happy that I can continue to follow their careers afterwards tho. All good things...
Dan was incredible in Burlington. I recommend you all go see him if you can
“Cbgb beating” 2:13 just made me laugh so hard on the toilet in this Panera bread public bathroom
DAMN, what a fantastic episode!
New fan here Dan. This is great! Amazing convo. Funny. Real. Silly. I’m in!
Love this ep..this is my therapy 😅
As a dad goin through the split now, you guys give me hope that my kid can one day be 53 on the brink of podcast success 😅
Damn Dan, sorry to hear about your sister. You guys really opened up on this one. I've lost everyone except my sister and my cousins. I had a great father l, and he died on my 19th birthday while I was in basic training at fort Benning. Trauma is trauma, though.
I'm in bro , I know about you since you did the other Bobby from Cali. And I like this bobby . Great conversation , entertaining and real at the same time.
