Rob has always seemed like a great guy, stay strong brother, it will get better.
Rob holding back on trashing his ex - I felt every part of that.

Shows a lot of class. I appreciate my own father for doing the same thing.

I saw Rob Riggle's name, ("Oh Rob Riggle! He's always funny. Haven't heard his comedy in a while. Let's listen to this.") --- Wow. Was not expecting the "real" conversation (like most podcasts are, just shooting-the-shit, crack a few jokes, enough to pay the rent). I really appreciate this meaningful episode. I feel like I had a deep, meaningful conversation with a close friend. I think it helps that Ryan has been through this already, so Rob knows Ryan is asking painful questions, but not out of ignorance, but out of "I've been there. The first night at the new place was a really rough night. Seeing my daughter hug another man..." Coming from someone else would not work. I remember when HoneyDew first built this studio after YMH. Ryan, you've really become a good interviewer in the time that has passed. Keep up what you're doing, man. It is working for you. Really come into your own with this podcast.
Love Riggles! His deadpan delivery is the best! Thank you for your service and hoping your heart continues to heal.
Both of these men are prime examples of fathers who really care about their kids. Im goin thru a split and I def appreciate the lil knowledge I'm getting in this episode. I'm scared to not see my kids everyday but I guess can't cry over things out of our control
Rob's advice at the end was so damned good. Such a great episode.
Real people, real conversations, real problems. There’s a reason the world cherishes you both. Thanks for being vulnerable and real.
Literally the ONLY YMH studio podcast that never lets me down.

This pod left YMH a while ago.
Was just listening to the podcast and had a need to write to the ether. What I love about this podcast is not just Ryan’s laugh and his caring nature, but he’s also a voice of reason. He’s not judgmental or condescending, he listens and reflects back like a fun uncle with a heart of gold. This podcast humanizes his guests and makes me care for them as a person and not just as entertainers. I only see Rob Riggle from I see on screen, always making me laugh. This podcast makes me see him as a human being and I have an appreciation for him. I have a new found respect for him, a father, a son, entertainer, a veteran. With every episode, it opens me up to a different side of not only his guests, but the resilience of trauma that we as humans endure. I love this podcast and Ryan will always have place in my heart.
Sickler is the best! Rob riggle I feel for you. I went through the same thing. Hearing your story gives me hope. Thank you both!
Sickler, that was amazing! Found you more recently and I’m so glad I did. Love the format. It’s great seeing a stripped down version in interviewing. Don’t get me wrong, I come here for the laughs, and more importantly your laugh, but it’s great to see you pulling on some heart strings. Great getting some insight to Riggle, you can see the pain in him. Prayers his way.

Ryan’s a true sweetheart. He’s such a good dude, while having none of the “aw shucks” bullshit goin’ on. Not afraid to ask questions or show emotions… always respectful/respectable. And this is my deepest dive into Rob…. He’s also the kind of guy I’d be comfy having a cup of coffee or a beer with, and enjoy listening to or sharing some silence with.
Great episode. We always hear how hard it is to be a single Mother. It's good for people to hear it's no picnic for single Fathers either. Having your heart ripped out every time they have to go back.
It’s so nice of Rob Riggle to have my favorite comedian as a guest. J/K love RR as well. 🎉
That laugh @13:07.... That's why I listen to the Honeydew ya'll
I too remember walking beans, sometimes corn. Walking all over the property digging up thistles and walking fences and counting heads😮😅😂❤
Right after a therapy session talking about my own divorce I put on one of my favorite podcast channels and..... this.. wow.. the timing ❤

Literally exact same experience for me FTCF five stars
One of my favorite comedic actors. He was always great on Fox NFL pregame show when he did the skits where he would make his picks for games, but do it in a funny skit, like Frank Caliendo used to for FOX before him.
Holy Moly meets the Honey Dew! I love both of you guys! 🍿🍿🍿🍿

Where did that show go?!
This show always recharges me from Monday and gets me through the rest of the week. Love this show, it’s Toosedee y’all!!
I love Ryan bc he has such a good heart. This is my favorite podcast out there. I love listening to peoples stories and I love how Ryan encourages people to process trauma in a way that allows people to laugh and look for the good in it. As a person who has quite a story of my own, I love that. This podcast is therapeutic for so many people. I don’t usually read comments on other people’s shows but this community is different. That’s the best testimony to what Ryan is doing with these interviews. ❤❤❤
One of the best episodes for me. Thank you Rob and Ryan for this good life advice!
wriggles is love … dude loved you from daily show to correspondence dinner Thank you for this one Ryan
What a great episode. Thank you both.
I NEED THE REAL, WHOLE, STORY! I hope he comes back after the divorce and lights his ex’s ass up. 😂 Says EVERYTHING that he held back.
Let's goooo with that hitter Sickelcell!!
This podcast is life changing great job Ryan
Rob Riggle has always been one of my favorite people, he's absolutely hilarious and has been making me laugh since I first saw him on the Daily Show. It was fascinating to hear how he grew up. Sad to hear about his heart being ripped out with the divorce, but he's just as inspiring as he is funny! Much love to you both Rob and Ryan, thank you for this and everything both of you do! 😎✌️
This is actually the first episode I have seen. Definitely getting added to my rotation ❤

Rob I was in the marines. Divorced young kids. You are doing things right. I did the same and both daughter and son successfully are doing great.
Rob is one of those guys that it’s just impossible to dislike
Came home from deployment back in 2011 and my friends dad took us to Vegas. I saw Rob live, and leaving the casino theater I saw Rob. Called his name, told him I liked his show and was home on leave and he stood around talking to us for awhile. Hilarious show and a great guy.

12:30. Zero to sixty in July. 😳😳😂🤣😂😂🤣🤣😂😂😂
Being a child of divorce, I am incredibly jealous of the POV of these 2 fathers. I needed someone to care about me when i was younger. I feel like i dont have the skills to parent a child .

Yes you do. Your experience as a child showed you what a child needs from their parents
@SilleeJimi

@@vitamind2387Exactly, well said. To the OP, since you're aware of what you lacked growing up, you'd provide all of the emotional and moral support for any kids you may have. You'd want them to have a better life than you did as a child, and people that experienced this tend to be better parents. 😎✌️
The Honeywell thermostat. Amen brother. Don’t get me started on my next. I hate the thing and my fridge beeps for unknown reasons lol

Ryan, stories from the storytellers? I didn’t want to hear about Rob Riggles current divorce situation for 40 minutes! Thanks buddy
