For all the laughter (which is as wonderful as it is necessary) this is an incredibly moving and profound interview…SO moving…What a powerful, genuine and articulate soul you are Brittany, in the face of such adversity…And massive props to you Ryan for judging the situation just right…Humble name suggestions for your next Special Britt, in your spirit: 'Hinge' or 'You're Afraid of a Woman?' So much love……Which you certainly are worthy of…😔

omg same! I am shook. My mom is bipolar but she also drained my college bank account and denies it. She is an addict (what I have heard is she is clean, her bipolar is better but unmedicated, but she refuses to work and I distance myself from her so I don't know) and possibly she doesn't remember it but my dad would never do that. My siblings are 2 years apart so when I turned 18 we all got letters that we have 5 dollars in the mail and like 6 years of scheduled dissappointment. My sisters are much more angry at her but I was more I want to have some relationship with you but you have to be medicated. And when there was active addiction there had to be next to none to protect me and my nephew and there hasn't been a christmas where I so much as saw her for many years. Birthdays and everything are much more sad now. My parents refused to divorce for like 15 years and since she abandoned us and stole from dad she didn't get alimony or anything much more than half the retirement at the time she left. And my little sister actually does go to college so she has paid for everything.

Bro. “Warsh”. My friends wife is from Carrol Couty, MD. We grew up right outside Philly. We’d get absolutely baked, and we’d try to trick her into saying Warsh. The best was one night I’m like “Hey, Beth. What do you do to your hands after you go to the bathroom”? Without missing a beat, she says in this hilarious, little kid voice “I lick them”😂. That was checkmate. She won. I gave up after that. lol.
