Recipe and ingredients:
0:00 - Intro
0:02 - 2 chicken legs (~500g)
0:33 - Salt
0:43 - Black pepper
1:08 - Coat with corn starch
2:40 - 3 tablespoons lemon juice
3:03 - Few slices of ginger
3:39 - 1 tablespoon light soy sauce
3:45 - 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
3:51 - 2 tablespoons honey
4:03 - 1 tablespoon water
4:54 - 15g butter
6:51 - Sesame seeds
