Another thing I want to add which I don’t know whether anyone reading my comment will agree (not coming from a place of envy) but I truly believe that healthy relationships don’t need to be blasted on social media all the time. If you see couples constantly posting on social media, I think it’s screams insecurity and trying to get external validation to convince themselves… any thoughts?

Your opinions are not bad. In regards to social media behaviour but one can argue that people really can do whatever they want at whatever age they are as long as they are happy doing it. If they're Not getting obsessive or stressed over about how their social media world is doing every second. Then its all good mate!
