He is a genius

Suga explains this song in his D-Day documentary on Disney+. This is essentially a song about the K Pop industry & how small things can blow up into huge controversies & everyones scared to be caught in a scandal (like smoking hence the cigarette in the video clip), how silly it is & why not break free & change the system ("here, see me, i'm smoking"). Its brilliant. This is just my opinion, no one come at me please! I feel he is the most successful member as a soloist because he's not trying to recreate, or show another side, of who he is. Suga is so confident in himself as an artist, he knows exactly who he is. Agust D was created as an alternate persona separate from BTS so that he can put out the kinds of music he wants but he did it years ago so it's not shocking at all. And he is proudly Korean & he's not going to put english into his songs to pander to the masses & he's going to give us a cultural lesson along the way. He's going to speak philosophy, poetry, stick it to The Man & The System, all while being incredibly humble & honest. YOONGI IS CONFIDENT!!! I dig this so much, I think he's brilliant.

Not to come at you but you're basically trying to say that others are recreating things ?? i want to know what you're talking about or who exactly you're referring to??? they all show their other side of themselves in all of their solo albums, yoongi also does the same since his first mixtape!! since they can't show how they feel individually in group songs . He also put a lot of English in his new songs HUH and D-Day have a lot of English yoongi is a music ginuis and he is so talented and yes he is not afraid to show himself to people since the beginning of his career ..... but you here......... i just don't like the way you are trying to show what other members are like, they never recreated anything because i can't see what you see, and using alot of english.........that doesn't make them any less successful,they are breaking records left and right !!!???? why they are not succssfull as soloist!?!?! all of them did so much good in their recent albums, each of them spoke for themselves, they shared their true emotions that they experienced...in their solo albums , and all their songs have a lot of great messages, I don't understand your point of view😅

There’s something warm yet ominous about the orange and blue palette and the cinematography is just so beautiful. Agust D always gives us such beautiful movies for these songs.

This is Agust D bro he knows what he’s doing. I also got goosebumps from the very beginning. The beat, his flow, traditional instruments, mv and lyrics everything is top notch. Now react to the whole album please 🙏🏼 There are no skips 💥

If you listen to his album from start to finish, you would be amazed. His lyrics show how genius he is.

Suga said we should watch Daechwita, Haegum and Amygdala (apparently we're getting an mv as well) together. they are definitely connected, I think the color scheme here was very similar to Daechwita

I also was so interested to know the meaning of Haeguem, i found out that it is a Korean music instrument, and at the same time it means removing the limits, or removing a ban. I'm not sure but i've read one jnfo said that this is because of Korean traditional music was banned in previous decades. I believe that it's about him rather than the korean music, we will watch his "Road to D-Day" and see!
